Ok, thanks. I wont bother trying mine then since they cancelled yours.
    Saves me the embarrassment. :)

May be they should never have approved people with good credit records in the first place, surely it would be possible to have a 'too good' cut off as well as a too poor?
    I think....

    Why? Have you no shame?
Because it was worth a try. Hardly embarrassing.

Now that the Aqua Reward Card is being withdrawn, would the cashback be credited at the end of the month or do we have to wait for the 'anniversary'?
    Thanks!

Hopefully any cashback will be credited before the final direct debit is taken, so nothing more needs to be done besides receiving a final statement.

That would depend on your statement/DD dates surely.

Perhaps, depends how sensible they are with how they apply the credit. My statements are usually on the 10th of each month, being paid on the 28th, so if the "2 week" period is correct for getting cashback then my final DD on 28/02/2014 should just be £100 less than the statement says I owe (because they'll credit the £100 well before it goes out).

I would expect your cashback to be credited before 10th so it should be shown on the statement.

I've got a Luma cashback card and a Santander 123...
Why didn't you use your 123 for the rail ticket (3% cashback)?
