Cash ISAs: The Best Currently Available List

Principality building society never seems to appear in the best buys. Their online bonus 5 cash isa is paying 4.25% including a 1.55% bonus. Limited to 5 withdrawls a year but it is a flexible isa. I’ve always had very quick response to online secure messaging.

Only three withdrawals allowed with this rate (if) that’s an issue for youpookey said:My Virgin ISA matured today. I'm thinking about transferring it to Moneybox at 4.65%. Any known issues regarding transfer please? Or anything to avoid?
Thanks
if so 4.45pc with Moneybox unrestricted1 -
MSE's best ISA page only focuses on "easy access" and "fixed rate", so misses out some decent limited access accounts like the Principality one. It's flexible too which is useful. Only issue I've had with it is that transferring in after opening is a bit of a faff and you have to post them a paper form. I think transferring it at the time of opening was easier, if I remember correctly.Andy261 said:Principality building society never seems to appear in the best buys. My Virgin to moneybox was a disaster. Took about a month with lots of chasing and putting in a complaint. They wouldn't backdate the interest but in the end gave me a payment for lost interest and some compensation.pookey said:My Virgin ISA matured today. Yes, transfers in to Principality are 'old school', but I have renewed faith in the old ways. When I transferred an isa from Newcastle BS to Principality, I posted the transfer form to Principality on Monday, received an email from NBS accepting request the next day, and funds were in the Principality account by Friday same week. Another supposedly faster electronic transfer between Monument and Ford Money took close to 7 weeks.clairec666 said:

I've made a full balance transfer from Virgin to Moneybox in January this year. It was quick and there were no issues.pookey said:My Virgin ISA matured today. I'm thinking about transferring it to Moneybox at 4.65%. Any known issues regarding transfer please? Or anything to avoid?

I did the transfer this morning. I've had an email from Moneybox to say they sent the request to Virgin so I'm hoping it goes through OK0 -
