Principality Online Bonus 5 Acces ISA issue 4 @ 4.25% is replaced with issue 5 at 4.4%

Where is the direct link, please? I can't see this at all on the Principality website pages — just the same issue but at the lower rate of 4.25%.
    later today.

My Virgin ISA matured today.  I'm thinking about transferring it to Moneybox at 4.65%. Any known issues regarding transfer please? Or anything to avoid?
    Thanks
My Virgin to moneybox was a disaster. Took about a month with lots of chasing and putting in a complaint. They wouldn't backdate the interest but in the end gave me a payment for lost interest and some compensation.
Did they give a reason of what went wrong?
I did the transfer this morning. I've had an email from Moneybox to say they sent the request to Virgin so I'm hoping it goes through OK
Update: the transfer went through very quickly, saw the money in the account on Wedesday evening and received the confirmation email.

Looking at the tembo 4.64% ISA:
Any issues from transferring in from Trading 212.
Is the money still protected when it's in the transfer process pls?

A rate increase - fantastic! For anyone who's got the issue 4, Principality will do an internal transfer if you contact them via direct message, they did for me last time there was a new issue.

Looks really good, but the underlying rate and bonus rate are BOTH variable, so might not be such a good investment in a month or two if both are reduced.

It might be better with a BOE rate tracker ISA at 4.10% (0.15% less than the BOE rate) as I currently have with Skipton. It would at least be determined by the BOE.

How fast will Principality reduce rates and by how much. That’s the real quandary.

From recent experience, their rate drops have been in line with BOE cuts, and have seemed fair and proportionate.... unlike my Trading 212 ISA which has had several unpredictable cuts since I opened it.

    Talking of which...

That's good - their rate cuts have fallen rather faster than the base rate, so some consistency is welcome. Presumably they will still have their usual mix of newbie bonuses so people will have different rates, but the underlying rate will stay the same for now (4.1%) and will stay in line with Skipton's base rate tracker.

Thanks. Or ring them up and they will do the transfer over the phone (I've just transferred my issue 2 to issue 5 that way). Can do by secure message also, as you say, but that might take a few days.

    From their new T&Cs:

"We will apply the new interest rate to your Cash ISA without notice, if: a. the BOE’s base rate changes, ..."

so don't expect any notification if the interest rate goes down following a base rate cut.
