Ford Money has a flexible ISA at 4.21%. I have used this ISA in previous years exactly as you describe

Kent Reliance at 4.24% Says it's flexible in the part "Can I Withdraw Money".
If you haven't been with Monument before, you can get 4.34% as a new customer but need to put in £10000.
Marsden BS at 4.27%1 -
The Skipton 15 month 4.96% Fixed Rate has been replaced by a 19 month 4.81%.

Tesco is probably your best option just now and it is not only flexible it is also instant unlimited transfers in and out 24/7.

Thank you all for those suggestions on flexible ISAs. KR looks good. The last time I had KR it wasn't flexible. The good thing about Tesco is you can set up several different bank accounts as Nominated Accounts, so I might use that and KR.

I've also been looking at the Tesco 4.2% ISA as I need Easy Access. I have two fixed rate ISAs maturing in Jan 2027 - will I be OK to transfer them into the Tesco ISA at that time?

Unless some unforeseen changes, Yes.
I've transferred a Nationwide & a Coventry fixed rate into Tesco. Only thing to be aware of is Tesco require postal transfer form, you fill in a paper form & return to Tesco via Royal mail
I asked Tesco to send me the form [no printer] which they did, plus a prepaid return envelope
One form per ISA BTW, so two forms required
just takes a bit of forward planning, so given Christmas post I'd say start process early December

I agree with everything @Farway says regarding the Tesco Cash ISA, having done the same myself. Would just add that it's not only the Christmas post one needs to beware of - it took about two weeks for the transfer authority forms I requested when opening the account to arrive. Thereafter everything has run very smoothly, with payments in and out happening pretty much instantly.

As TescoBank has been taken over by Barclays, I would hope they could start doing electronic ISA transfers fairly soon.

I use Monument for that purpose plus it’s got my previous years allowances’
Dump my wages in it and take it out as needed and anything left over is in a ISA building
Instant deposits and withdrawals to your named account
