I did a whole of previous years from Chip to Vida and took 2 days, amazingly quick.10_66 said:Vida
I'm thinking of transferring to Vida's Cash ISA. Has anyone who's transferred into a Vida Cash ISA had any issues, please? I realise transfers from Zopa might have had issues (going on my recent experience with Zopa).

27 working days so far for transfer from Zopa to Monument. Zopa told me they will not respond to queries until 15 days have past. Monument asked me make a new transfer request which I declined and asked them to follow it up with Zopa themselves. Checked back with Zopa, this time they told me they have now just received the request and I should wait another 15 days. Monument failed to follow up after the 1st 15 days and sneakily put a new request in after my call to them, that is if I can believe anything either of them say. I've had to do all this work , such a ridiculous system.3

In my experience the delay is with T212 transfer out. I did Moneybox to T212 and it took a day or two. I did two separate T212 to Tembo and took nearly 15 days each time. Moneybox to Tembo took a few days, less than a week.Aidanmc said:10_66 said:Vida

I discover Vida is sending request to wrong T212 email address (3 times).14 May Vida sends request to correct T212 email address.19 May T212 sends ISA funds to Vida, Vida reject deposit as T212 used incorrect reference number.Vida return funds to T212 (but not in my 212 account, must be in 212 holding account)21 May Vida contact T212 to ask them to resend using correct reference26 May still waiting!Lost 8 days interest so far1 -

I am new to Chip and have opened a new Chip cash ISA boosted to 4.99%. My Monument cash ISA drops to 4.25% on 29/5. It seems obvious to transfer all my Monument cash ISA to Chip cash ISA. But I am slightly concerned about the Chip cash ISA, in that although the boost of .93% is for 12 months and cannot change, the tracker part .26% below BOE rate is variable and they could easily increase the percentage below BOE rate. Does Chip have a history of changing the tracker discount?

Virgin to Vida took 2 days. Monthly interest shows up on the correct day.10_66 said:Vida

Nice. I've been very happy with T212 but think it's time to move on.pecunianonolet said:Chip ISA has appeared again at 4.99% with 12 month bonus

In a situation like this, is that because Shawbrook are great, Vida are great, or does it require both to be? Is most of the responsibility for a transfer going well on the sending or receiving bank?katies_mum said:We did a transfer Shawbrook to Vida, it only took 2 days. We were very impressed.0 -
I think you'll find it's down to the luck of the draw. If you expect the worst but hope for the best you won't be quite as disappointed as you might have been. 😊😊Zaul22 said:
