Just checked the virgin money app and the isa has been transferred!myth123 said:
I did the same and haven't heard anything. I'm guessing it will get processed without much contact but if I haven't heard anything by next week I might give them a ring. When I transferred into Coventry BS the transfer arrived in 2 working days but I can't see VM being quite that efficient...ASL1 said:I opened the 3% easy access Virgin Money ISA last Friday and requested them to transfer in from my Coventry building society isa at the same time. I haven't heard anything since from either bank. How long does it take for Virgin to sort out on isa transfers?
Opened and requested transfer last Friday got here today (Thursday).0 -
Virgin Money have also just now sent me a text and email confirming that the ISA transfer is complete.0

I applied for one of these on Monday, will they honor my application??savit4l8er said:Dudley 4.2% 18m which wasn't a bad little deal no longer seems to be listed on their site but still on moneyfacts (currently).
Not heard a peep from them since sending the application in, they stated three working days from application0 -
I also followed the suggested steps (sent secure message) to request an internal transfer with Virgin, received a reply 8 days later saying it has been passed on to the ISA team, absolutely no timescales. They really should have programmed this sort of thing on online banking together with their 14 day cooling off period, this manual processing is a real bottleneck!steveksullivan said:.....errr ...... I couldnt quote you on any RECENT external transfers to Virgin for myself .... but so far I have waited three weeks for them to do an INTERNAL transfer ..... see higher up on this thread. However for balance - @savit4l8er did report on 5th November that his external transfer in was complete in 2 days.....1
