These providers' have just increased their rates, putting them close to the top of the relevant ISA rate tables...
OakNorth have increased the rate of their one-year fixed rate cash ISA from 3.04% to 3.83%.
Castle Trust have increased their one-year fixed rate from 3.60% to 3.80% and the two-year fixed rate has increased to 4.35%

Cumberland BS appear to have just jumped in at ToTP for both 1 and 2 year according to Moneyfacts ......1

Charter have just jumped to the top of the 1 and 2 year Fixed Rate Cash ISA tables with 3.90% and 4.38% respectively.
