    Virgin fixed rates have dropped
This morning my OH opened a 3-year fixed @ 4.41% with a token deposit pending a transfer from another ISA provider.

I'm assuming that will be honoured.
You will receive a letter confirming the account is open. It reads all funds must be received within 30 days of opening. No mention of "or if the account is oversubscribed and withdrawn" by that time which may be before 30 days.
So you should be fine. 👍
Is this an old-fashioned letter in the post or an on-line equivalent?
Good old fashioned. Takes a few days.
    Don't worry, I speak the truth 😉.

Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

    Thank you.

No problem. Thought the text would make you feel better, forum comments are not always reliable and I would feel a bit uneasy on simply a random person's say so with something important ☺️.
You will be glad you have it the way things are going but next month is another month 😉
Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

    Thank you.

4.4% two year there also.  I think that's new but if not, it's a reminder 👍
