Kent Reliance 1 year fixed rate is now 3.95%. They offered 3.85% in October but dropped to 2.20% only last week

4.4% two year there also.  I think that's new but if not, it's a reminder 👍

You are right, it was 4.3% last month so similar increase of 0.1% (ignoring the drop last week)
