It looks like all Kent B/Soc ISA's have been withdrawn, not currently available to new savers.1

I was thinking the same. Huge differences in penalty for not much difference in rate!

I know it’s not 100% relevant to this thread, but their bonds have also been removed. I think there are 2 reasons for this: 1) The upcoming BOE base rate increase, 2) A couple of weeks ago (still with all the mortgage chaos) you could get through to a savings agent with them in 1-2 minutes. In the past week or so this time has been 30-40 minutes. I think they were perhaps receiving too many enquires about the new productssubjecttocontract said:It looks like all Kent B/Soc ISA's have been withdrawn, not currently available to new savers.

Nationwide are offering fixed-rate roll-overs of their maturing ISAs at 4% for 1 year, 4.5% for two years

A lot of NW rates are going up on 1st Nov. according to newspaper reports.
They must be getting in before the BoE.
Must say it`s about time NW offered something that reflects the rest of the market.2 -
The 1st Nov nationwide rates are available here: https://www.nationwide.co.uk/-/assets/nationwidecouk/documents/savings/smd544-important-changes.pdf?rev=065d12c540d0477da4f910843cd408662010 said:A lot of NW rates are going up on 1st Nov. according to newspaper reports.

Not very inspiring are they ?

You`re right.subjecttocontract said:Not very inspiring are they ?
Can`t see my only NW savings account there anyway.
Most of the the rates were so poor they`ve been embarrassed into raising them and then to nothing special.1 -
While I agree that the majority of their rates are poor - in terms of other 'loyalty' products, their current 1 and 2 year Fixed Rate ISAs (for members with existing, maturing or matured Fixed Rate ISAs only) are currently 4 and 4.5% respectively which makes them the best 1 and 2 year fixed rate ISAs currently available and this has been the case for the last month or so, so fair play to them for that at least !harrys66 said:subjecttocontract said:Not very inspiring are they ?Comparing the ISA accounts...
