The Coventry BS are now topping the 1, 2 and 3 year Fixed Rate ISA tables with 3.95%, 4.35% and 4.40% respectively.
Note that these all mature on 30th November, so they're actually currently closer to 13, 25 and 37 months.2 -
Though, on second thoughts, the 1 year and 1 month ISA is probably the one that will be the most popular of these ISAs, the 2 year and 1 month ISA is the one that clearly appears to offer the best value all round, in terms of a good interest rate, especially for a fixed ISA rather than a fixed non ISA account, for not too long a fixed period of time!refluxer said:The Coventry BS are now topping the 1, 2 and 3 year Fixed Rate ISA tables with 3.95%, 4.35% and 4.40% respectively.

I was going to transfer an ISA to the Coventry but looked at the penalty days and decided to go with Virgin who have a lot less penalty days and not a lot of difference in interest rates.2
