Thanks for confirming.
ISA transfer completed last Thursday from Virgin Money to Santander but a nil balance was showing on the app and online banking until I tapped/clicked and it showed the transferred amount.
This morning, online banking is showing the correct balance but their app still shows 0.
Hopefully that will change midweek. 🤞

I have exactly the same issue - balance showing as £0.00 in the app. The completed transaction does show, and they confirmed by letter that the transfer has been completed. In online banking, the correct balance does show.
I spent ages on Sandi, was advised to re-install the app (made no diff), then was asked to call their Digital team but the number they gave me just got me to the normal CS, who explained (!) that it was normal (!) that the balance did not show for several days

I'm still waiting for my online banking details for Santander, but the Paragon account was closed a week ago.

I can see Skipton has 18 month FR Cash ISA (Issue 302.5) at 4.55% AER.
Vanquis Triple Access Cash ISA (issue 5) has been replaced with Issue 6 with 4.08% AER.

Interesting. My hsbc 4.5 fixed plus the 250 cashback gives me 4.8% aer, so I'm not hyperventilating yet

I know they backdate the interest but that's still a hell of a long time to process it. I'm sure they're not sitting on things but they just don't have the capacity to cope if it takes 3 weeks to credit a payment. It's 2026, not 1995. It doesn't bode well from when we will want to transfer out one day. I'm only sticking with them because their rate is so far above anything else I can get.

Barclays have recently refreshed their line of flexible fixed rate cash ISAs :
These may be of interest to some because Barclays are one of the few ISA providers who allow you to contribute new subscriptions up to your ISA allowance each tax year throughout the duration of the fixed rate period, plus they are also unique in allowing either 1 (Single access) or 3 (Triple access) penalty-free withdrawals during the term (of up to 10% of the balance each time), which can be flexibly replaced.
There is also currently a reward (£50+) for transferring in balances of >£10k from another ISA provider, if you hold a Barclays current account (offer ends on 30th April).
Available to all :
Single Access 1-Year Flexible Cash ISA - 4.36%
Single Access 2-Year Flexible Cash ISA - 4.36%
For Premier Banking customers :
Premier Triple Access 1-Year Flexible Cash ISA - 4.51%
Premier Triple Access 2-Year Flexible Cash ISA - 4.51%
Premier Triple Access 3-Year Flexible Cash ISA - 4.00%
Note that you'll need a Barclays current account in order to apply online (as it's via online banking) however it looks like it's possible to open a Single Access account without by booking an in-branch appointment (you'll need a Premier Current account to open a Triple Access account)

I just transferred my existing ISA from Vida yesterday the only to see it this in the app. Called up, cancelled transfer and initiated new transfer with new rate and still in time for £600 cashback.

The balance on the Santander app is now showing the actual balance of the transfer this morning rather than nil. All good. 👍

Do you know how soon you get the £600 and how long you have to hold the Premier account with Barclays?
