Monument transferred my ISA to Vanquis at 10pm on the 21st with no interest added for that day.
The Vanquis statement shows opening balance of the transfer amount on the 22nd. There is a comment by the deposit stating 'Posted: 21/02/2026'. Can I assume that an extra days interest will be credited for the missing interest from the 21st ?

Charter 1 YR is now 4.45% AER (or 4.36% monthly) but 2 YR now 4.45% and 3 YR 4.44% (from 4.47%). Having a monthly interest pay away option is useful.

Saffron
I have 4 transfers in with them with 4 different providers.
Chip so far the quickest. They received the transfer out on 17th April and send funds 21st April. The Saffron statement shows added to account on 23rd April. Sent Saffron a secure message because they say they backdate and that I shuldn't worry and interest would accrue correctly.
Same with Cynergy, funds left them on 22nd April, today is the 24th and so far nothing showing in the account (maybe this afternoon)
I am in doubt and not sure if what they say is true and I can rely on it. It just looks a bit strange as you would expect interest to accrue from the data shown on the statement and if I go by this, they owe me 2 days of interest on my Chip transfer and 2 days already on Cynergy.
It may sound picky but on larger sums and at 4.5% (who knows how long they can keep that rate) every day counts.
Has anyone encountered similar or has spoken to them about it?

Re: Saffron
You can see the accrued interest on your account when you clickinto it online. Skipton sent funds on Monday and they are yet to show in my saffron account. When they do show, I will give it a day and check that the accrued interest matches the day the funds left the Skipton.
Saffron have been so very slow that I don't really trust them to get this right, to be honest. My transfer as initiated on April 7th and they sat on it for 7 working days until I nagged them.

Re Saffron
I also did 2x inbound transfers, one (from Family Building Society) completed within a few days. The other (Skipton Building Society) has still not completed, and it's now 15 days since Skipton sent the money!
Yesterday I spent a large chunk of time on the phone to both providers. The upshot is Saffron say they have received the actual funds from Skipton BS, but can't credit it to my account as they are waiting to receive the ISA history details from Skipton. Skipton however say they sent the ISA transfer history to Saffron 14 days ago, and they have shown me evidence of the e-mail they sent. So personally I feel the issue in this case is at the Saffron side of things. It sounds like they are a bit overwhelmed at the moment.

Could you please post here if this gets resolved?
I chased Saffron and they gave the same reason as they gave you.
EDIT. I have called Skipton and they said they sent it a few days before the ISA transfer (they needed my authorisation to do the transfer, which delayed it over the weekend). They've also said they're re-sending it.
These very specific dates make me think it is Saffron's problem. Again.

Thanks for the responses. Yes, checked accrued interest on the app and it matches with the day funds were sent so I believe it is true. They seem to be super quick responding to secure messages. Just waiting on Aldermore and Virgin Money now.

I spoke to 1st Direct about this issue as my Santander term is up on the first and was advised that as long as the process is started before the fourth I will qualify for the bonus. I asked them to put a note on file confirming this. I'll be checking the FD website this weekend to see if there are transfer options including 'action upon maturity' or some such wording.

Re: Saffron
Thank you @gwapenut I can see the unpaid interest under Account Info in the app (didn't know it was there) and mine shows three days accrued from when Marden sent them the funds.
AFAIK no interest has been lost.
