I transferred into a Santander ISA at the end of last week and have exactly the same issue - the transfer shows as a deposit but the 'available balance' says £0.00 in the app.

Logging in to online banking on a browser, however, shows the correct available balance so I'm presuming it's just a quirk with the app and should correct itself at some point.

The same happened to me, but after 7 days the balance was showing OK on the app - must be an app issue.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present. ;)

    Thanks for confirming.

ISA transfer completed last Thursday from Virgin Money to Santander but a nil balance was showing on the app and online banking until I tapped/clicked and it showed the transferred amount.

This morning, online banking is showing the correct balance but their app still shows 0.

Hopefully that will change midweek. 🤞

I have exactly the same issue - balance showing as £0.00 in the app. The completed transaction does show, and they confirmed by letter that the transfer has been completed. In online banking, the correct balance does show.

I spent ages on Sandi, was advised to re-install the app (made no diff), then was asked to call their Digital team but the number they gave me just got me to the normal CS, who explained (!) that it was normal (!) that the balance did not show for several days

    Not very impressed

I'm still waiting for my online banking details for Santander, but the Paragon account was closed a week ago.

Interesting. My hsbc 4.5 fixed plus the 250 cashback gives me 4.8% aer, so I'm not hyperventilating yet

I know they backdate the interest but that's still a hell of a long time to process it. I'm sure they're not sitting on things but they just don't have the capacity to cope if it takes 3 weeks to credit a payment. It's 2026, not 1995. It doesn't bode well from when we will want to transfer out one day. I'm only sticking with them because their rate is so far above anything else I can get.

I just transferred my existing ISA from Vida yesterday the only to see it this in the app. Called up, cancelled transfer and initiated new transfer with new rate and still in time for £600 cashback.
