True. Ah il shut up and go revise.
Sorry for anyone who thought I was trolling. Amazon made their choice, gonna have to accept.
ebay, waterstones, whsmith, and ebuyer ftw.0 -
Why did you return the beats headphones - seriously £220 return would get you some real problems in a retail shop for sure.Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0

Amazon are well within their right to cease trading or selling to whoever they want and probably put a address block/IP block on their systems.
10% is such a high number.
In 5 years or ordering items I've had to return two things. A headset where the description was incorrect and upon reviewing it, it was describing a portable speaker instead of headphones. And a Crucial SSD where I returned under DSR (unopened) and used Amazons incorrect description again to exchange for another Crucial SSD (7mm one).
Most of my purchases are however books, but I could never imagine returning 10% of the items for refunds.0 -

They sent me white ones instead of black.
Needed them on the day (was going away for about a week) so I opted for a refund and then got them from a shop in the city.0 -
So, warning, dont use Amazon for things that are expensive, as clearly they dont like obiding by the DSR. All things sent back had legitimate faults.
You must be remarkably unlucky to have all these problems with items from Amazon.
I have been using then for years and bought items costing several hundreds of pounds and have never had to return a single item, I can accept that an occasional item may be faulty but 20 items in two years. :eek:0 -

Nooo not all of the 20 were faulty!
5 of them arrived too late.
a few were just rubbish quality or the wrong product.
I think all in all, about 6-7 items were totally massively faulty (this included a printer that did decide to have a casual smoke in my bedroom btw)

You needed £220 headphones on a specific day? When did you order? No other phones would do? Were you/did/are you taking the pi55?0
