    I've been Money Tipped!
I just pop my over ripe bananas into a freezer bag and into the freezer in their skins- so easy! Just remember to get them out 30 mins or so before using them, cut off the ends and squeeze them out (yes I know it sounds disgusting :D) straight into the mixing bowl and use immediately. I use mine in banana bread and banana milkshake. Haven't had any go black yet!

Bargain Rzl - I sometimes add chocolate chips to the mixture, makes it really really yummy ;) and the mixture can be used to make muffins as well.

Not really a dessert but I make banana milk for my children with "too yucky ripe" bananas.

Just a big glass of milk and a banana and blend it up with hand blender or similar. They love it :D
If you add some vanilla or banana ice cream it becomes a milkshake :)
Use words that are soft and sweet in case you have to eat them.

 Doesn't everyone have dessert? My kidz would be onto to child line as fast as they can download a crazy frog ringtone if I didn't make a pud!

A great banana recipe courtesy of St Delia:

Slice bananas into serving dishes (large one or individual ones, it's up to you).
Almost fill the dishes, covering the banana slices with creamy greek-style yoghurt.
Sprinkle a good layer of molasses sugar over the top and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
The sugar will go all gooey and melt into 'pools of fudgey sauce' (mmmmmm......Homer Simpson style).
Top with nuts if you like or just enjoy!

You're welcome. I know all the recipes and everything are listed on the site - but they're also included in a brilliant book for just £1.25...

..just look at their "about us" page - at the bottom :)
