    You're posh having dessert!

 Doesn't everyone have dessert? My kidz would be onto to child line as fast as they can download a crazy frog ringtone if I didn't make a pud!

I used to do a banana thingie on the barbie also and your post reminded me of it. One narna split down the middle and stuffed with three cubes of milk choccy. Wrapped in foil and warmed thro for the kidz. For the adults a splash of liquer in with the choccy. Yum

My favourite sweet-but-not-too-bad-for-you banana oat muffins! I HATE over-ripe bananas, I keep mine in the freezer and they stay just as I like them for the whole week. But with any that get over-ripe, I make those. I have put the recipe in the recipe board thread. Not sure whether they're good for pudding, but lovely with a cup of tea!

Peel them first and wrap in clingfilm. You can eat them while still partially frozen, bit like bannana lolly or use them in a banana cake when you've the time to make it.

Not really a dessert but I make banana milk for my children with "too yucky ripe" bananas.

Just a big glass of milk and a banana and blend it up with hand blender or similar. They love it :D

    Found this thread for you...

More to the point there's this yummy recipe for banana bread on the old style recipe index. I have become really addicted to it and so has everybody who has ever tried it! I sing in a choir in a very posh bit of London and when we do a concert we are all expected to contribute something to a buffet tea. Last time I took a loaf of banana bread and it went down a treat with all the posh folks! :D I have been ordered to bring it again! :D

I stick them in the freezer when they are too ripe, really can't stand them... eugh!

Then at a later date I make a banana bread, the recipe I use has a tablespoon of golden syrup and optional pecans in.... lovely and just slightly gooey!!

Tend not to use nuts as OH not a big fan... might need to get those nanas out of the freezer tonight.... :D
