Just defrosted banana. Skin didn't go yukky and the inside was fine. Made a lovely smoothy with rice milk and live strawberry yogurt for breakfast.

;D ;D ;D sorry, but did make me laugh, cos i been there done that. leave for 10-15 mins then peel, works much better. i usually peel first and wrap in cling film then freeze.0
