The banana bread/loaf/cake is great - made some today after finding this recipe. Was a bit worried that it may be a bit too sweet so left out the sugar and it's still really good without the sugar.Official DFW Nerd Member 507'Proud to be dealing with my debts'0

I add golden syrup to the mixture of my banana bread as it gives it a bit of a caramel texture.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

these are lovely and soooo easy.
just make up some usual batter mix, then finely mash up 2 over ripe bananas and add them to the batter mix. whisk up until all the banana/batter mix is smooth.
then cook as per normal pancakes.
delicious served with ice cream.
really cheap and tasty.
my kids just love them.....0 -
