Thank you for all your suggestions. DH took the remaining bananas into work today, no idea what they will do with them all as there were still LOTS of them, but since bananas turn up on our doorstep at regular intervals I now have some other ideas for using some of them up!
He forgot to take the banana bread I baked for his clients, but that will keep for another day, and those scones sound yummy! Could probably do the same with muffins, and I was even wondering about banana crumble ...
I hope the fumes didn't make him ill in the car, he's allergic to bananas!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Oh, I've made banana crumble before and it was divine! Had forgotten about that till you mentioned it... didn't have a recipe as such but I'm sure you could google one!0

bought loads of bananas from the market today just wondered if somebody had a tried and tested recipe for banana bread.
Also anything else i could make...dont say banana muffins as whenever i make muffins they turn out horrible.Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts0
