    Hi

Need bit of Advice. So if I ordered the OVIVO sim on a Freedom bundle. I will pay signing on fee for £20. Then I don't need to top up and will get 150 mins free, 300 text and 1000mb data each month?

Is this correct? have a I understood it right?

    Thank you for your help

The signing on fee as you call it is credited to your account should you use all the minutes and texts it will start to use the £20.00 if you never go over the 150 mins 300 text or 1000mb data per month you will have your £20.00 credit for ever.

Thanks just ordered it, got a pac code from O2.

It's £15 credit not £20.... I was aware of that before I ordered it.

    Thanks for your help
  • Sorry if been asked before...

Will a text sent from Spain to the UK be included in the monthly allowance or will it come off the £15.00 credit?

    Cheers

It would come off your £15 credit.

Texts from outside UK would cost you money on all contracts for all networks in UK unless you have a special package on your contract.
I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T
  • Hi, I have got my PAC code. Do I order the sim then arrange my number? Have no idea! Also I'm hoping that 500mb is enough, I'm currently using a lot more at the mo!

If it was me I would make sure you have decent signal first so try the sim then if happy use the pac code.
Tells you how to do it on the site ....

The number is on the sticker on their SIM card. I find it difficult to use the internet with Ovivo, yes it's cheap but once you look at a page, it diverts you to adverts. They say it's 2Mb but I'm not so sure.
  • Thanks Silk, I'm in london. Looks ok on the coverage. I have to use the PAC otherwise Tmobile will charge me again and they are already overcharging me an extra month.

So basically what your saying is if you go over the limit and it uses up the £20.00 credit you will have to top up another £20.00?

No, you just won't have any credit available if you go over your allowance. You can top up (by any amount you want AKAIK) and give yourself that buffer, but you don't have to :)
