I read in the T&C that if you don't use all your credits in a year, it will expire. What happens after that? Do I need to top up annually for me to able to use it. If so what is the minimum top up after the first year?

From purchases of Ovivo Packs by those need more calls, SMS or data than allowed in the free allowance.
From advertisements when using data to browse. This is currently suspended temporarily. Instead they send email ads.

The MSE community exists to save you money but if companies like this run off with your money, phone number and/or collapse then that is no money saved. There will always be people who will lose before a company is proved to be dodgy. This one has all the hallmarks.

Ovivo saves me and many others money. Some people take the p and get banned from the service......good! Because then we keep the service and keep saving money.

If you are scared of switching because of a couple of complaints by bitter ex users who abused it then fair enough. If you take that as signs of dodgyness and cowboy behaviour then fine. In my view that means you are losing out, not me. I got a free mobile service! Looks like MSE isn't doing it's job very well as far as you are concerned then!

Have been using Ovivo for a month now. All is well.
Was glad to hear that they kicked out the fraudsters. Such measures are necessary for the company and the users alike.

Kudos to Dariush Zand and his team for introducing this service to UK and making it a success.

I'm sure this has already been mentioned but I couldn't find any reference to it: Ovivo seem to have upped the free allowance to 150 mins/150 texts (data remains same at 400mb).
