Started well enough with the arrival of the SIM. Didn't work (APN settings seem OK) and so far the support has been abysmal.

Promises about call-backs made and constantly broken. £10 wasted so far, and if this is the level of customer service they provide when one of their SIMs doesn't work, I'm guessing they're not going to be around too long.

I'm guessing they're a very small operation hence their customers services is only open 5 1/2 days a week

Thanks - but yes. Several calls to Ovivo, too, but nobody has any kind of answer.

Yes. I suspect it is still pretty small. Only started up in April this year.

Try emailing them. I've generally found they reply within a couple of hours.

Have you set up your sim to work on their network - see website

Don't you have to make a call or send a text for the sim to activate also ?
