  • Yes, twice! They're absolutely hopeless. Support is non-existent even though they ask you to log in to a new website, money expert to log the issue no-one replies. Appalling service.
  • I did actually receive one of the two canvasses I ordered... it turned up recently unexpectedly. KGB have long since refunded my purchase price via PayPal and postage costs as KGBKash. To be fair, I used the latter to buy a haircut deal, at a salon that I knew, so a decent do cost me £4. However, soon after I foolishly bought another KGB deal for a canvas from Digital Canvas Printing. Guess what? Yep, same story! You'd think I'd know better by now...
  • I bought something of this merchant Illuminata using a voucher from Mighty deals.
Placed the order on 10th of November and still haven't received my goods as of 19th december. tried to contact the merchant in-numerous times but haven't got a response from them yet.
Finally got in touch with Mighty deals and asked them to sort it out. they themselves have no idea as the merchant doesn't even reply to their phone calls or emails.
They turn around and tell me it has been dispatched and I will get it by the end of the week. But when I ask for a tracking number they say they dont have it and they cant get in touch with the merchant.

I am so !!!!ed of with the whole situation that I am going to blog about it all over the internet so that no body else falls into this situation.
Also, I have booked an appointment with the trading standards for the 28th December .

Mighty Deals has the worse service ever imaginable. Even worse than BT and Virgin.

Only order from there if you're prepared to spend hours chasing up your order. I've had enough with mine and getting the charges reversed by the bank.

Worst company ever... please shut it down.
  • Hi I also wrote to "Blue Amigo", phoned, emailed numerous times but no joy, until I contacted the Citizens Advice Bureau.
They were very helpful and told me to contact The ADVERTISING STANDARDS AUTHORITY
You can look them up online and the complaint form was all done online. They said they would email me in four days and they did. They seemed to give Blue Amigo the kick up the proverbial required to finally get the job done. Otherwise Blue Amigo would be found to have breached the code of advertising practise.
My canvas' arrived in December 2012 (I had complained to the ASA end November 2012) and ordered them back in July. I suppose I am pleased with the quality but still have a bad taste in my mouth from it all.
  • please see my msg 5/1/13 re Advertising Standards Authority they were brilliant
  • As my previous post I've still had no response (Ordered July 12) - despite sending letters to the boss (15/11/12) :(

@ Clarebies - glad you had some sort of joy. I think I'll try the ASA as you did, though I'm not sure if they will take it as I have had a sort of refund (useless KGBcash) but I guess it's worth a try :)
  • DONT DEAL WITH THE AGENT!

  • I wish I had read this before I bothered to use mighty deals, I bought a voucher for a canvas from yourperfectcanvas and it has been a waste of valuable time, they won't accept the voucher number they do not reply to emails, after dozens of attempts at uploading and sending order to basket they still want paying full price, money saving expert does not seem to have a way of being contacted, PayPal have sent my money and all you can do is read pre set emails from them .
All in all it was a learning curve, there is no such thing as a mighty deal so bite the bullet, take the loss and LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCE. DON'T DO IT
  • Ive had a bad experience
