After all the complaints I've seen, I wouldn't touch Mighty Deals with a barge pole. Barely a day goes by without a new thread moaning about deals being unfulfilled.There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0

ive been scammed by Mighty Deals for a photo print, I received a code but on the merchants site there was no option to redeem the code or to upload the photo yet both options were readily available for non MD purchases,
I emailed the merchant and got no response, I've contacted MD several times and eventually got a response from "Liam", saying I would get a refund to my MD account within 48 hrs, well it's way past 48 hrs and guess what, no sign of a refund so I've asked PayPal to investigate, I'm also going to report MD to trading Standards and ME to the financial ombudsman,
I'm also going to find out where they are based and, if I don't get my refund soon, visit to " discuss" the matter face to face, I hate being scammed.0 -

FYI I paid via PayPal and you can refund it to there instantly, I await confirmation, or will we discuss that on Friday too?
I got an instant reply from the Refund manager who confirmed a refund to my papal account, I checked PayPal and there it was, now withdrawn to my bank, job done but it really shouldn't have to take threats to get a company to behave in a decent manner!0 -

When we refund, the information is passed from PayPal so we just refund the original payment method.

I ordered a drone with camera on 27th November 2015 and it still has not arrived. I have emailed Electronic Black Square and they say it is in the process of being delivered but when I contact Hermes they say they do not have it. I have emailed Mighty Deals and E Black Square and NO-ONE IS HELPING! I paid a lot of money - which has been taken from my account, but have still not received my purchase. This is totally unacceptable service and I do not have a telephone number for anyone so can't speak to anyone! This was for a child, who will now have no present. VERY POOR SERVICE.0

I bought a dyson from mighty deals at the end of June 16 and when it came I sent it straight back to K&D Appliances through a courier the dyson arrived all scratched and had a horrible smell I wasn't aware at the time of purchase this was a second hand hoover with delivery I paid £152.99 my own fault didn't read the tiny print! This was delivered back to them on the 8/7/16 and signed for by a hezell the owner of the appliance company he was then suppose to inform Might deals of the return I have spoken to Mr hezell on a number of occasions who confirmed to me he had recieved back the dyson he continued to rant on about all the people that cost him money by returning goods as they did not read the tiny print! I have contacted Might deals Customer Service on a number of occasions they reply to start then they just totally ignore your emails they dont even have a phone number you can call them on. I AM STILL OUT OF POCKET BY £152.99 AND STILL DONT EVEN HAVE THE HOOVER BEWARE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY0
