These arrived today and far from being a quality product they are limp, insect bitten with pin holes and half bitten leaves. Two are of a reasonable quality the other looks like the runt of the litter.
I know they were transported by box and therefore not ideal conditions and at present I am soaking them to see if they look better tomorrow!
As I said to the plant retailer if I had seen these in a garden centre I
would walk by them as discards. The photos highlighting the beauty of the plants bear no reasonable likeness to these that have been delivered and I believe they have been falsely declared as a quality plant.

    Hi Tony,

Can you please email us on customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk

We have already spoke to the merchant who responded with the below email. We will get this resolved for you.

Please be assured that our goods are of generally good quality, but can suffer if they’re delayed in the postal system. If you can find out who it is (as with any unhappy customer) we will happily send her a replacement.

    Thanks

Hi, have a deal in my basket but when I click on it I get the message 'input string in incorrect format' and I can't complete my purchase. I've tried logging in again but still no good. Any ideas?

  • I've come to this page as as very very last resort. I cannot get an answer from Mighty Deals anymore and they keep closing my case when I open a new one. I returned an item that was faulty and since receiving a message saying that the item arrived safely but apparently there were items missing?? They are no longer answering my messages. I've asked them to call me, email me...anything! So here I am, hoping that I'll get an answer via here.

With respect its not a voucher code issue its one of returned a faulty item and lack of getting in touch with them

I have emailed the above email address as requested. Shan't hold my breath, I've emailed that address many many times already. Interested to see what happens this time...

This is part of the problem, they don't listen. They just give automated responses. Does anybody know where the mighty deals customer service centre is based?
  • I have just purchased a voucher for £5 for £10 worth of goods. However, they say I have to redeem by 24th August but I cannot seem to be able to do this. I can see and print the voucher they sent but as far as redeeming I am stuck. There is a sort of a link which does not work. I emailed them first on 10th August and have sent today 3 more emails. I can understand how to do it I just CAN'T do it. I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem?
