  • I purchased a voucher code to order flowers for Christmas eve. for my mother. Needless to say the voucher code did not work (tried different ways of typing in). I emailed customer service and like others recieved the same 'sorry for delay etc' email then nothing.

    I tried to use to code after christmas in the hopes that flowers would arrive for new year, the code still wasn't recognised. after sending further emails with no response and trying to call the customer service number 01483521600 twice. Earlier today I waited on phone for over an hour!!, the first half hour I hear message about my call will be forwarded to next available customer service person, then it just rings. I'm guessing I will be charged for the pointless call? I don't know what to do next.

    Shocking Company to deal with..steer clear by all means.
    They are reluctant to answer your queries, the 'phone is always engaged (I assume with other customer complaints).
    They blame you for not processing the voucher and keep your money.
    They seem determined not to give you any refund for returned items to suppliers even though they admit the have taken the money.
    My last three purchases have been a complete disaster as you get different goods to those advertised or goods that don't work.
    Utter shambles!

  • I bought an Android Tablet from mighty deals. It was not working when delivered.(power switch button not working). I contacted them by email and advised to return the item provided with the return address. After returning even after 3 months, they didn't do the refund and they kept closing the ticket. After around 3 months of chasing, they refunded the money. Its a very dodgy company and be very careful when dealing with them. Never expect that you can them in their given contact number (nobody picks up or no response)

    I am not expecting anything from the Mightydeals team now, I am just trying to help other users!
  • Has anyone else had experience good or bad with voucher deals from Mighty Deals?
    I purchased a voucher through them for a canvas print from Blue Amigo. I had also to pay separate postage and packing costs to the firm itself. The deal was stated as taking ten days to deliver but the time has passed and there has been no sign of the canvas being delivered. I have contacted Mighty Deals but cannot speak to anyone only leave an email which was responded to but just said they had contacted a person at the firm for the order to be processed.
    Mighty deals are OK until you get a problem. Then they don't respond to emails or answer the telephone. I ordered some bluetooth headphones and they still have not been delivered. I have tried numerous times to contact them, but they do not respond. poor customer service
