Problems with using vouchers bought through MightyDeals.co.uk

As my previous post I've contacted Blue Amigo numerous times since my order through KGB deals on 5th July (and still not received my canvas)
I have just sent KGB's customer care team a mail outlining everything to see if they are willing to help in any way - I don't want a refund, I just want my canvas.
I really don't know who would be responsible for the refund, as such KGB (or mighty or various others) sold us the deal, presumably they take their cut before giving anything to Blue Amigo. We then pay postage to Blue Amigo.
The amount of time passed for most of us with this problem means that it's too late to speak to banks/credit cards/paypal etc so to a degree we are left stranded
I am just hoping that now I have contacted KGB they may give Blue Amigo a kick up the bum as it's giving them a very bad name too0 -
I am extreemly disapointed.
I boughted a considerable number of these vouchers and it has been over 2 months and still have not receieved anything.
I have sent several emails. I have not been able to get a response. I have tried to call the office and I have left several messages and still no response.
I would like the canvas or a refund. Someone (Blue amigo or KGB) has to be held accountable, in this case blue amigo. This is not right.0 -
Hiya, I know this is an old thread now but did any of u recieve ur canvas in the end? I ordered mine on the 18th of may and still haven't received it! Iv called and emailed blue amigo religiously every day for the past month and never got to talk to anyone! Iv left a voicemail every time with my details to call back but u guessed it . . . No reply! I have received a refund for my postage from KGB but they keep assuring me that they have spoke to blue amigo and they said they will contact me. To say iv lost all patients now is an understatement.0

Not funny anymore-I foolishly purchased 3 vouchers through Mighty Deals!
Placed orders in April & after god knows how many emails to the "priority" email address eventually got a response from "Dave" apologising for the delay, they had ran out of canvases but would be taking delivery of them very soon! Mmmmm was still waiting months later. Through the tip on MSF I emailed "Kal" and got a lovely email back apologising profusely for the serious delay, true to his word I received one of my orders. No sign of the others so emailed kal several times, guess what? No response! I then emailed "Julie" who sent the email confirming my first canvas had been dispatched, you've guessed it again, no response! I have seriously never encountered a company like it. Mighty deals have some pretty good offers but after this experience with Blue Amigo and Might' refusal to help I will never ever purchase another deal. I couldn't put myself through it again!!!0 -
I had exactly the same problem with blue amigo on a living social voucher no one has replied or got in touch from blue amigo since last december.0

An update to my previous message: I emailed Mighty Deals yesterday re' Blue Amigo they informed that Blue Amigo have said they won't be honouring anymore orders. Mighty have given me a full refund for my 3 purchases and have also given £10 credit for the inconvenience which will at least cover the postage that I paid.0

@ Ash0389 - nope.
On 15th November (in a final bout of hope & faith in mankind) I sent a letter to the director of Blue & Miko (BlueAmigo as otherwise known) Mr Firaj Vakil - one to the business premises and another to the company's registered (accountants) office, outlining everything that I have experienced.
I contacted KGB regarding the fiasco who refunded my postage costs but instead of refunding the actual cost of the canvas gave me absolutely useless KGBcash - as if they think I'm ever going to buy a deal through them again (and yes I have told them this in no uncertain words)
Whether I ever get a response from Mr Vakil is anyone's guess but I am hoping that he is man enough to actually care that his Company is gaining one of the worst reputations around0 -
Finally got my print after 8 weeks. Complained as it was rubbish quality. Kal from their customer service team responded and seemed to be on the ball - really apologetic and offered a free canvas by way of compensation. To be honest i wasn't really that bothered as the first one i got was awful but still, i accepted the offer. In October. It's now December. I emailed Kal a few weeks ago to ask if i was ever going to receive the print but have had no response. Useless. I notice now if you try and go to their website Chrome blocks it and says it has detected malware. I do hope they've gone out of business. Companies like this give sites like KGB/Groupon etc a bad name. Wish they'd clamp down on them more.0

Just add me to the Blue Amigo list.
I ordered via KGB deals, and have not had response to my emails.I ordered my picture for a september birthday.
Probably better to stick to printerpix or other big firms0 -
Hi all
In the same boat as most of you and like a lot of people, wish I had read the forum on this before I purchased 3 canvases, back in July!
I used one of the tips about contacting Kal, which I did back in Sept. He did reply (very promising, I thought) but nope, nothing since and certainly no canvases delivered.
I had the same problem when I tried to access info re the website, McAfee warned me off!
I have emailed one last time to Kal today, and after that I am going back to KGB and Paypal to get my money back! Its sad that this company has failed to deliver on its promise. I have used Groupon for weekend breaks to the Lake District with no problems. I am VERY wary now of using KGB and as a nurse can ill afford to lose this money!
Will keep you posted. I wil probably write to the Guardian and see if they can take up our cause!0
