i brought a canvas on 17th july and after 3 emails i still have had no reply from blue amigo,very poor service as no reply after emailing also phone just rings,i await a reply and im not holding my breath on one coming,:mad: any other ideas would be helpfull or should i just try and get refund from kgb and paypal0

Jacob, I emailed he so called priority address and go no response, I emailed KGB deals and then I got a response, not sure what triggered the response though.0

Mine came, good quality. Wouldn't use them again though as their communications are terrible.0

I still have no canvas! Cant get hold of Blue amigo or KGB. Am getting really fed up now, all i want is my canvas which I paid for beginning of June! No replies to any emails. I will never deal with either company ever again, they are a scam!0

Personally i'd avoid Blue Amigo (and for that matter KGB and any of these 'deals') like the plague.
I took advantage of the £8 for a canvas print deal through KGB (although i actually paid £29 and went for a larger size).
Ordered it in mid July and it's taken 8 weeks to arrive. Tried to phone Blue Amigo several times, always engaged. Emailed a few times and had nothing back. As i wanted the canvas for a birthday present at the end of August and because i couldn't get hold of Blue Amigo, a week before the birthday i wanted it for i went to another company who printed and sent out the item within 4 days.
Blue Amigo did eventually then email about 4 weeks ago - someone called 'Dave' from Blue Amigo emailed to say it would be with me soon. Apparently 4 weeks is 'soon' in their world. No apology or anything else in the email.
So, today the canvas arrived - with a thick black line going all the way across the top of the image (not in the original) - it looks AWFUL!!!!! I can only assume it is where they meant to crop it but how they didn't spot and rectify it before sending the item out i really don't know. The canvas is also really loose and it feels really cheap.
Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting the Mona Lisa, i know it was a cheap deal site i bought it from, but i was maybe hoping for a company who might actually care about the quality of the products they send out. Absolutely awful and the biggest waste of money. Although the other company i used were about £30 more i'd happily pay this extra again, simply for the excellent (and quick) service i received.0 -
I ordered a canvas on 6th Aug. No delivery as yet!!!! wish i'd seen this before ordering!
I have emailed the priority email address today, along with Mighty deals and have opened a dispute with Paypal. Will let you know how i get on!0
