Ordered 26th July, saw on mighty deals. not received. emailed as p/p should have been £5.95 but charged £7.95. I emailed 2nd aug, twice since no reply and order not delivered yet, despite saying up to 21 days
  • I am having the same problem. Ordered my canvas on 5th August. After emailing Kal last week i have been told that my Canvas has now been sent out. I should receive tomorrow or Monday. Fingers crossed it does actually arrive! I will keep you updated!
  • Having read all the terrible reviews about Blue Amigo, I was sure that the canvas that I ordered recently via a kgb deal would never materialise having already attempted to ring them numerous times. I e- mailed the priortiy address and had a reply the following day from Kalam Abul saying that the order could not be found. I then e Mailed the postage payment receipt that they had sent me and the order was then found the following day, put for printing and posted 2 days later. The canvas is beautiful (a picture of my sons rescue dog) and all organised in under a week. Kalam has only been with the comany for a week and is working through the many orders and can be contacted on mailto:kalam@blueandmiko.net. Definately worth a try and the end product well worth waiting for. Hope this helps. However, I would be very wary about using kgb again as they have been most unhelpful.
  • Well, my canvas print was supposed to arrive Saturday or today. Surprise, surprise i have not received it.

    So disappointed!

    Cheers Kalam ;-)
  • I placed my order with Blue Amigo at the beginning of June. I've still not received anything and have since moved house. I have now emailed the "priority" email address and we'll see if I get a response. Even though it was so long ago I've created a dispute with Paypal in order to get the P&P back from them. I have also contacted Gumtree daily deals (which are no more) to see if they can process the refund. I've since had two canvases made (of the same pictures ordered) from another place and I can't even compare the quality of service. Blue Amigo are a joke!
  • Has anyone else had experience good or bad with voucher deals from Mighty Deals?
I purchased a voucher through them for a canvas print from Blue Amigo. I had also to pay separate postage and packing costs to the firm itself. The deal was stated as taking ten days to deliver but the time has passed and there has been no sign of the canvas being delivered. I have contacted Mighty Deals but cannot speak to anyone only leave an email which was responded to but just said they had contacted a person at the firm for the order to be processed.
Hi, I'm in the same position. I ordered mine through one of the online voucher/offer websites (can't remember which one) and haven't received anything from Blue Amigo! I'm gutted as I was giving it as a gift to someone. I've emailed a few times with no reply and I have tried their office number but to no avail (the phone is constantly engaged - probably others trying to get hold of someone!). It's so annoying. I'll keep pestering them but please let me know if you have any joy.
  • This is all sounding very familiar.

I ordered two canvases, both 24" by 36", on the 23rd July. I recieved an automatic email saying the order had been recieved and was being processed, however, only one of the two jpeg files I uploaded was shown on the email.

I emailed blue amigo via their contact option on the website asking for clarification on this and the automatic repsonse said a reply could take up to 5 days. Nothing else was ever sent. I was also trying to phone them a lot around this time. Always engaged, the one time I actually had an answer, the line mysteriously cut off. Not very reassuring.

I then got an email on the 16th August apologising for the delay and that the prints would be sent in 2 weeks. This was from Kal, who has been mentioned already. The email also said to reply with any other concerns. No mention was made to my previous email enquiry so I emailed back to that address asking about it.

No reply yet again and still no canvases.

I have just emailed that priority address detailing all of this as well as my disappointment at the level of communication and service from Blue Amigo. It's all very frustrating and I still don't know if I'll even be sent out the correct canvases. We'll see if I get any response to this latest attempt.

This whole thing makes no sense.

The whole point of doing loss leading stuff like this is to get repeat custom. I wouldn't use them again, even though I eventually got a lovely canvas, their communications was just so bad. If I hadn't chased them up I'm convinced I'd still have nothing.

They'll be getting about £3.50 per customer out of this, so why bother.
  • This is infuriating. But I'm glad I spotted this thread, as I thought it was just me! I hate being ignored but both mighty deals and blue amigo are ignoring my emails. Such poor customer care.

Won't use mighty deals again and blue amigo seemed to have been very naive in taking on to much than they can handle.
