Has anyone had problems receiving their canvas print from Blue Amigo?? Purchased through KGB deals and postage costs paid straight to Blue Amigo, 3 months on and STILL have not received my item, I have emailed numerous times but they never reply and their phone line is constantly engaged. I am beginning to think this may be a fraudulent company?? Has anyone else had a bad (or even good) experience with Blue Amigo???

Yes I've had problems, albeit it is only just over a month for me - I have emailed numerous times. Contacted KGB (who advised me to contact Blue Amigo directly! even though I explained I cannot get through to them!). I have rang and rang but the line is constantlly engaged. I am so disappointed as this canvas was for a birthday present. Feel let down by both KGB and Blue Amigo. Won't be buying from either of them again!

Yep, same here. I've bought 3 things now through either KGB or groupon and had problems with all 3.....I just thought I was the unlucky one, but seems plenty of other people have the same issues. This blue amigo lot don't confirm your order, don't respond to emails and you just get an engaged tone when you try and call them!

I've given these con-merchants at blue amigo long enough now I think - I'll start trying to get my money back now from KGB and paypal...
• Hiya, I too am having problems with KGB deal! Wish I had read the reviews first! Their telephone number is now not recognised! After a week of chasing I am giving up - just email KGB and will now email pay pal.
• Like everyone else I have been caught out by this - endless emails and left messages. I too will be pursuing refunds - also noticed the phone number has been disconnected but website is still up and running - can anyone deal with this as very misleading.

Same position, being ignored, very annoying. I've emailed KGB now, see what they say.
• I have the same problem with Blue Amigo, Oxford, having bought a voucher from Gumtree. I made the order in early July and heard nothing from them until I contacted them in late July and after several emails they promised to send it off asap. It is now 15 days later and I have heard nothing more from them. I wonder if it is worthwhile to visit the shop and demand my money back in person. I can only deduce that Blue Amigo, Oxford, is a scam operation and a front for thieves.

Hello Everyone

I work at Blue Amigo.

I’m really sorry for the delay in getting your canvas prints out to those of you who are still waiting. We are a small team here and we just got a little back logged. We’ve been rather overwhelmed by the sheer popularity of the deal and we are running a few weeks behind. This past week or two we have also had intermittent issues with our phones and couriers, neither of which has helped.

I just want to reassure you all that we aren’t a scam and we are doing our hardest to work through the orders that came in. If you are still waiting please do send an email to the address below with your name, post code and contact number. In the subject line put in MSE Forums and we will be in touch with you directly with an ETA on your order.

The feedback we’ve had from all of you who have received the canvass has been almost 100% positive with many comments referring to the quality. We really are trying to be forward on our turnaround and our communications which have rather suffered in our efforts to simply get the goods out the door.

Again, apologies for the delay and assurance that we will get your canvas out to you very shortly after one of us has personally gotten in touch with you.

Thank you for bearing with us.

I've emailed you, I'll post on here regarding your response, hopefully I'll get one!
• I am having the same problem, paid and place my order 10th June. No reply to my emails and I am unable to get through on phone, number is always busy.
I have tried to email priority@blueamigo.net and keep receiving failure delivery notice emails?
so annoyed! :(

Hi Blue amigo,

I've emailed you 4 times now, twice before you posted on here and twice since. As you seem to have time posting on this forum, I thought I'd try to contact you this way. PLease could you respond to your email's? I'm beginning to think I'll never get the canvass I ordered almost 2 months ago. :-(

Thanks!
• First of all, I would have preferred to have had an email sent to me, instead of having to trawl and find this thread with the "priority" email address from Blue Amigo. What an obscure way to communicate.

But I guess it ultimately worked, so I emailed them today and got a response within a couple of hours (having waited for around 6 or 8 weeks). I was told that the image hadn't been received with the original submission and that was the reason for the delay. I hadn't had any error messages, but regardless of that - when were you going to tell me about this?

So apparently my order will be fulfilled as soon as I get the image for the canvas sent over, needless to say I will be doing that tonight.

In my opinion, if a company is already having difficulties fulfilling orders after advertising with mightydeals, it is inconceivable how you would then go ahead and also advertise with KGB deals... negligent - naive at best.

I have informed Blue Amigo that I will be documenting any progress (or lack thereof) on this forum. I hope they use this opportunity to redeem themselves.
