If he has £600 a month 'spends' of course he can pay off the debt faster! If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

So,to see if there is any way any of this balances out, what does he have going for him?If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

So you can't have a trial run as a family? Maybe that explains why there are so many single parent families in this country.Person_one wrote: »Well its different, isn't it?
You shouldn't be moving into a house with children unless you're willing and ready to be a family, its not like two single people having a trial run!0 -

Are his 'spends' things like car finance, insurance, fuel to work etc and £150 is what he has left for himself at the end of the month or is £600 for nights out and the likes that he considers he 'needs'?0

You need to be incredibly sure when you have kids.No child needs other adults coming in and out like that,it's not right. If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -
Why can't he pay his debts off quicker? What the bloody hell does he spend £600 a month on? Has he not put anything in savings? To me he sounds completely irresponsible, impractical and immature. I'm also shocked that at 38 and with that much income he doesn't pay his family any rent. He'd get told where to stick his idea of £150 a month until he'd grown up enough to live in the real world. He wouldn't even get a room in a shared house for that price. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

LOL! He is REALLY daft with money, he will owe people (i.e. garage & me) money and instead of paying will go spend £300 on toys.
I don't understand that mentality AT ALL but it's all good for him.
He is uber hot and cooks though! LOL!
Seriously though, I earn 2ish times more than him I will put in 2ish times more into the pot, but I'm not gonna pay £1200 while he pays £150 - F**k that!

Hahahahahahaha. This has disaster written all over it and I hate to say it but you will be the one crying at the end. I actually can't believe you are considering it! If he wants to move in with you, go by percentages of income. Though have to say, you are being taken for a ride and being more like his mum than partner.£2 Savers club £0/£150
