Lovely to see you back, prophecy_grrl! I am so chuffed to see how wonderfully well you've done!!!!!! :T:T:T:T It also seems to me as though it was fairly painless for you and if so, wonderful news too. So many people are having such success with AC.
Keep up the amazing work, p_grrl, and please keep up the updates. Meanwhile, live life to the full and get plenty of exercise to expand those lungs.....and feel just great!!!!! :j

Fantastic news, anablle!!!! You're sounding sooo much happier just writing about it, imagine how you'll be feeling after a week's working out! :T:T
I have to give you 10 out of 10 for your pure guts and determination, anablle, and although you've sounded really low in earlier times - you've kept hard at it and not just buckled - and at times I'm sure it would have been such an easy option to have said "It's no good..I just can't do it!"
However, you wanted pure freedom from that blasted nicotine and now I see you going all the way until that's exactly what you get!!!
I desperately want your story to be one of the many that inspires folk of the future to want what you're getting...and KNOW they too CAN get it!!!!
Hugs, Sue xxx I'm much better today, thanks anablle.
I'm unsure where you are right now, Part Mouse, but I'm sincerely hoping, for the sake of your health, you're sticking with us and following warez and anablle.
If you need to PM me then please do, but don't stop stopping!

Afternoon all!
God I have so much energy this weekend. Got so much done, it's fantastic.
No lethargy, feeling really positive. Fags? Not fussed. I would be lying if I said they don't cross my mind every now and again, because they do, but only in the evenings, and am able to get rid of the thoughts really quickly.
Keep going guys, it does get better, and hopefully for me, will get better still.
Remember lungs need air not smoke.
Good luck today, you CAN do it. xxSmoke Free since 1 January 20130 -

Ok, Part Mouse, instead of viewing it right here and now and feeling so sorry for yourself, try to look ahead to a few years and the possible health implications you'll face IF you don't give it all you have now! How do you reckon you'll cope IF a Dr were to have to give you terrible news that you have a horrible smoking-related illness??!! Deprived might be what you'd feel then, possibly even deprived of life!!!
You're being deprived of nothing in stopping fags! Look upon it positively because it's absolutely true that by stopping the fags you'll only ever GAIN and in so many ways! You re-gain your health...and your hold over money which opens up all sorts of possibilities. You'll be smelling sweetly rather than of stale smoke (which is disgusting), your teeth will be whiter and not be at risk of rotting with you needing major, painful dental work. Your complexion will be pink and fresh instead of grey and sallow and you will be able to look into a mirror and say "I did IT and by heck you look so much better!" :happylove
It's so easy to sit around feeling sorry for yourself, BUT just put a little effort in and give fags the heave-ho for good and life could be so very different for you and hold such great opportunities for you. More than that, you would get such a huge buzz out of having achieved a mammoth goal!
YOU CAN DO IT just as we all have, but you need to put in to be able to get out!!!
Now, keep moving forward a day at a time without fags (and friends who give them to youor from whom you take them!) and know that you too could soon be writing posts like warez and anablle.
Exercise is doing them both so much good, now YOU go and get some. Even a brisk walk round the park 3 times a day will make you start to live and feel MUCH better!!!!! Will you give it all you've got?? I dearly hope so.
Hugs, Sue xxxWell done everyone, you're all doing fantastically well, that's keep at it!!
Thanks for those wonderful words of encouragement, babes, you are doing tremendously, keep that goal in sight!!!!!! :T:T:T
Sue x
A highly motivational post, warez!! :T:T:T Doesn't exercise make you view things in a very different light whilst helping you feel and get so very fit!
Go warez!!!!!

Sue
I am going to continue on the path to staying smoke free.I have to really. I know my lungs feel clearer and my breathing is better and my hands have more colour in them. Just the feeling of something missing, a crutch if you like not being them.
Thanks for all your words of encouragement.Being deprived of life is a good way of looking at it. I am keeping up the exersise and have been or quite a long time now.

Oh, Part Mouse, I was delighted to read that, just a shame you felt the need to put the phrase "I have to really".
Try to want to do it, for all the good and beneficial reasons you know you'll receive, as you'll have far more success that way.
Being deprived of life, to my mind, is the best way of looking at it, because, as sure as eggs are eggs, if you don't stop now then one day that really could happen!
Write down all the good reasons about stopping on one sheet of paper, on another write down all the bad reasons of stopping. Go on, please do it and see just how many you can come up with for both.
Right now, strive to carry on and win and bear the phrase <<"Being deprived of life is a good way of looking at it">> in your mind as you don't ever want that to happen!
Keep free from fags now and you'll stay around a similar time to warez and anablle and by doing it with them it'll help you stick to your guns!
Bon voyage, PM!
