  • Last Wednesday, I was given some jars with lids to put my chilli jam in. They are very big, so will hold a lot! Will give a filled jar back to the friend who gave me them, once I've got around to making the jam (hopefully today).

    I gave the same friend a lift to a craft show yesterday.

    Also, for those who may remember my earlier post on here a few weeks ago - the hope I was given wasn't false :):)

    Today, I gave my friend some leggings for her daughter that I'd ordered from the UK in a size 14.....ha, size 14 my ar5e! They must be a size 10, with not much stretch LOL Still, glad someone could use them :)

    Yesterday I gave a black sack of knitting wool ,oddments and some machine cones ,to a lady on freecycle
    She was so pleased,found out she knitted toys for our local Cancer hospital[the one I went to for treatment] so was well pleased.
    Giving is just a rewarding as recieving.................

  • Yesterday I had a friend round for lunch.She brought me two big bags of apples from her neighbour's orchard.I've got so many that they'll last me until Christmas.:)

    Just realised I missed this thread as I hadn't posted on it for a while, anyway today I gave my mum some Cadbury chocolate eclairs, and dark chocolate biscuits (from my Christmas box) for my dad, as we never eat dark chocolate in our house. :)
