That's a lot of spuds! I made a potato bag from some left over black out curtain lining. It keeps the light away from the potatoes and stops them going green.

Not today but on Saturday a nice old chap at the allotment gave me a cucumber and 2 lettuce. Bless him.
I've only been on my plot for a few months and don't have much to offer in return but have decided to give him some rabbit poo from my bunnies for the compost.

DD gave me half a pack of yellow nectarines and 4 red ones as well .She got a YS couple of cartons so we shared, bless her.Then after I got home my eldest DD arrived bearing a pot of Chrysanths and a bouquet of flowers.She had been given at work,she is off on holiday to Greece on Sunday and she said she didn't want to think of them dying in her absence.I have got them in my conservatory and will think of her sunning herself on a Greek island when ever I do the washing up :):)over the next couple of weeks

This afternoon my DD gave me a blue foot shaped pumice scrub in peppermint fragrance. The very rough side is for hard skin on the feet and the other side for buffing the legs! A friend of hers makes them and sells via the internet. She sells them to friends and family for a little bit less.
