Sorry to hear about you parking ticket and OH's drinking
I hope tomorrow is a better day for you XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Plans for today
1) have a chat with OH about how his drinking is affecting our relationship. Have to tackle this carefully as he overacts to things and will think I'm out to spoil his fun. I'm not, I really am concerned about his binge drinking, health and our relationship
2) finish off the ironing, in prep for hols at the end of the week. Can see then if OH needs anything, I know I don't
3) get feet in a better state ready for hols and flip flops
4) use heavy duty conditioner on my hair, to get it into a more healthy state for colouring on Wed
5) tidy the rooms upstairs, in attempt to sort out all hols paraphernalia
6) go out for coffee and cake with OH, may merge with 1) so it seems less of a nag
7) catch up on taped tv programs as won't have much time this week
8) early night in prep for favourite day of the week tomorrow

Boo to the parking ticket and OH's over-indulgence in booze.
Good luck with your list for today, Granny, especially item one - agree, it sounds like a good idea to combine that with number six to minimise the 'perceived nag-factor' from OH's perspective.0 -
What a shame that something you were looking forward to didn't go according to plan.
Very much in agreement with you and robin, that the way to discuss drinking is to combine 'one and six' to make it more of a conversation rather than a nag.
Hope you are already enjoying the day

Hope the chat went ok? I seem to have these chats every so often with my DH too
him being in the army doesn't help. They say it's sailors that do all the drinking they want to go out with the lot round here. If it didn't go too well I hope you had some nice cake at least!! big hugs xx

Well the only things I didn't manage were 3 & 5, mainly because OH had a lot more ironing than I thought.
Chat didn't go quite how I planned but happened anyway. Initially I thought it was to no avail as just after I said it, he got 2 bottles of Stella from the fridge. However, this was all he drank and we had a nice evening watching tv together.
This morning, I've tidied up a bit and dug out most of the stuff we need for hols. (Still a lot of tidying to do, but it can wait)
DGDs and I went out for a wander and are now back in the house with DGD2 snoring on the sofa and DGD1 watching a movie
Paid my 3 interest charging predators, more than their minimums, (well set the payments to come out of bank just before due actually)
Can't wait for hols at the end of the week, hoping the weather forecasts are right and the lovely sunshine will be with us for the week.

finished the rest of my list off today and have also packed my stuff for our hols. Have to wait for OH to finish work on Thursday before I can pack his, as he's working 2 16 hour days, today and tomorrow.
I've spent the evening syncing my ipod, (which for some reason only had 1 song for some albums but now has the whole album).
Nothing much debt wise to report, except it was a nsd today. Not hard as its the last day of the month.
Had a lovely day with my girls yesterday and a cuddle off the little man.
Off for a bath now and to bed early as I'm in the office tomorrow.
