Thanks BB
I've been to the hospital for my tests and now just have to wait 3 weeks for my appointment to find out how they are going to treat this problem. The tests weren't as bad as I'd imagined but were unpleasant and rather embarrassing. The 2 nurse clinicians were lovely though and surprisingly for OH he came with me for emotional support and did not moan at the wait involved. Luckily their estimate of 2-3 hours was much exaggerated and actually I was in and out in an hour. :T
In mse news I nearly purchased a dress but after checking with the cashier as to the price and finding that it was not in the sale, I decided to "think" about it and ask for it to be held for an hour for me. :A
I went to another shop and found a similar looking dress reduced from £30 to £20 and having tried it on, decided that this one was actually more suitable. (The other being quite similar to one I already own and very similar to 2 skirts I wear a lot). Imagine my surprise when I got to the till and found that the reason it was similar to the other was it was actually the same dress, (just in a different print) and that there was a further 10% off today. So a £30 dress for £18 and not a silly purchase as the print is different. It feels really nice on, (especially as it is 2 sizes smaller than I sometimes wear) and I'm so happy with my purchase. :j
In work news, HE has decided after all to refer me to Occupational Health, in fact wanted me to refer myself, which I cannot and have no desire to, do. We now have to wait a week for HR to agree or not to the referral and then as we both have imminent leave, will not be sorted out before the end of August. I'm not going to stress about it as I'm sure they will support me in my ill-health rather than use it against me :undecided
Only 1 week to go until my holidays, (it really cannot come soon enough tbh), I really need this time off to regroup, refocus and get back into the swing of busting the debt and hopefully the weight too.
Hope life is well with any readers.

Thanks Amber, just tried it on again and really happy, even admitted purchase to OH as such a good bargain. Its a pretty classic style so will probably feature in my wardrobe for a while too
Off to bed now, back to the place that provides the readies tomorrow, hoping for a quick quiet day though. Only 4 days left and only 1.5 of those at the office, so not too bad

OH has decided he wants to go for a meal tonight armed with T3sco points meal deal vouchers. He is coming into town on the bus to meet me from work.
Last night I dug out a dress, wrap and flip flops, both suitable for a day in the office and a night in town. I also painted my toe-nails a pretty sparkly glittery pink, (which matches my flip flops)
This morning I've realised maybe wellies and an umbrella are more suitable. What to do???
I really cannot be ars3d to look out more suitable attire, a point that I may regret later.
Off to the office, forum down tonight for the weekend so hope all have a good one

Have a lovely meal
If it's May-September I go out in flip-flops whether it's rain, hail, snow or sun
as it's still usually warm enough...and you'll dry off soon enough lol. We've had clouds here all day and it's warm. No rain but we've had our fair share of storms & rain over the last week

What a weekend so far
HE called me into the office for a chat yesterday but when we got in there, HE didn't seem to have much to say, so don't know what that was all about. Was expecting HIM to tell me he'd heard back from HR but nope, that wasn't it. Bizarre to say the least. HE's off on hols next week so I won't see HIM until I get back on 21st
OH met me after work yesterday, well he actually went to the pub across the road from my work, rang me at 3:35 to say he was there and was drunk by the time I arrived at 3:45, so I'm guessing he'd been there a while
I was going to drink but decided to drive instead as too much hassle catching a bus and then going back today to get my car. So wish I hadn't, he insisted that we park near to the restaurant and against my better judgement that's what I did. Parking at 5:30, in an hour parking spot, with restriction until 7pm. Thought I should be ok. Went to another pub, had soda and lime, then over to the restaurant, which was lovely. Back to the car at 7:45, to I'm sure you've guessed a £70 parking ticket:eek:
Restrictions were 1 hour parking until 7 and no parking after that. Blast is all I can say really. Nice cheap meal courtesy of tesc0 vouchers ruined. OH accepted responsibility and is paying the fine, which is reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days
Today was quite a nice morning, early afternoon. This evening has somewhat been spoilt by yet another drinking session by OH. I don't know why he has to get in these states but it makes of a very lonely time for me. He is now snoring on the sofa, having yet again picked our tv choice, fallen to sleep, woken up to moan when I put something on that I wished to watch as I was in all intents and purposes on my own, turned the tv over again and now fallen to sleep again. I've stormed off up into my room like a petulant teenager to moan on here. Bl00dy man, is he in for a ear bashing tomorrow
It's a bit like Groundhog Day in my life at the mo
Anyway, hope everyone else is having a better weekend than me
