Hang on in there, weeze. Keep your eye on small things that can be sorted out, work on those and gradually the big picture will get better.
Have you had a big discussion with your OH yet? Is he aware of how bad you're feeling since you've moved?
We have talked but he just keeps saying that 'it'll get better when the job at the bike school is sorted'. Not sure I can wait that long!
Update on daughter- She and her boyfriend have been chucked out of his mom's house yesterday. She phoned me close to tears and I told her to go and see the housing people where she is now and let me know what happens. I've not heard from her since and have tried contacting her several different ways but no response. I'm worried and feeling really guilty at the same time.
Also my son's teacher was meant to talk to him yesterday and then phone me. He hasn't phoned and from talking to my son I don't think he spoke to him either.
I don't know what to do about either of them?0 -

What a worry! I would phone the school and ask to talk to the teacher. I hope "no news is good news" as far as your daughter is concerned.0 -
Have you heard from your daughter yet OP? Has she found somewhere to stay?0

She stayed at a friends last night. She went to see two flats yesterday and is seeing one today I think. She is trying to get a crisis load for the deposit. I think she is seeing someone today about that. I have asked her to keep me informed but sofar no word from her today. I just hope she manages to finish college as she only has a few weeks left of a 2 yr course and thats the reason why she wanted to stay in Staffordshire.
Still no news from my sons teacher I think I'll phone him in a bit if I still haven't heard anything.
One good thing is I've managed to move my balance from a o% credit card that I was about to start paying interest on to another 0% for 22mths. I hate doing things like that, it scares me. Even though we had a power cut half way through so the lap top died, as soon as the power came back on I sorted it out and now don't have to think about it for 22mths. I'm really chuffed with myself. Took my mind off other things for a while too.0 -
Oooh, you just reminded me I need to do that credit card thing too
Would it help you to make lists of what you need to do? I have a list of small things, medium things and long term things.
I am a forgetful and disorganised person, and for some reason it makes me feel less stressed about it if I have somewhere to write things down.
When does your daughter's college course finish? Can she live with any of your relatives in Staffordshire?52% tight0 -

Have had contact from my daughter and she has found a flat and is filling in the forms for it at present.
I have made a start clearing out a walk in cupboard, its full of "kitchen overflow". The previous owners had painted it with a coat of dark blue gloss paint!!!! I had previously painted it with white undercoat as suggested by a helpfull man in the paint shop. If it had been painted well with the blue I would have left it alone but it had only had one coat and looked terrible. I'm now painting it cream. I have been meaning to do it for ages as its also a bit of a dumping ground. I feel much better now I've started. Best get back to it!
I always put jobs off and just can't face starting them, I'll try doing the list thing. x0 -
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

Have just come across this thread and didn't want to read and run either, it's so sad! I have no advice to add the great stuff people have already said, but I have to agree that your husband has behaved appallingly dragging you away from your home on some half arsed promise of a job only to up and leave you alone for most of the week!
Big hugs love, I'd really like to hear how things are going too
eta to add if there comes a time again when you feel you have nobody to talk to and you're desperate, there's always the Samaritans. I was damn close to phoning them myself a week or so ago when I had a complete meltdown, but that was at 6am so they really did feel like the only option given that I couldn't find the out of hours number for my local adult mental health team for love nor money. I can remember talking to them once about 12 or so years ago, they won't give advice but they did listen to me blubbering on for a good hour.0
