click on Browse and navigate to the pic you want to upload

click on resize image and select the appropriate size

upload!

when it's done, it'll give you a series of links to your pic, select the direct link (right at the bottom I think)

whenever you want to insert the pic on here, click on the square icon above the message box (looks like a couple of mountains and the sun). Insert the link and you're done!

my cat was at first, but when he jumped into teh sink for his mornign drink out of the tap i put him in front of it and he is getting used to it now!!

On imageshack you need to insert the code next to "Direct link to image" into the [IMG][/IMG] Took me a sec to work out which one it is you need to use
