Childs party DD not invited

i can understand what you are going through as well as my daughter was the only 1 out of her class 26 not invited to a classmates party,
but what was worse was her so called best friend (known her 7 yrs between nursery and school) had a sleepover with 3 girls and a trip to bowling ..she had spoken to my daughter about it and she thought she was invited ( then turned round the day before at school saying her mum wasn't well and it was cancelled to my daughter ) only for her friend & other 2 school friends on the monday talking about the great time they had ...it really dented my daughters confidence ...it was a really nasty thing to do ...but can understand that a limit has to be put on partties
and only thing i can think of is to take your daughter out for the day with the money you would have spent on the card and present and have fun ...0 -
My youngest was never invited to any party at school. It hurt then but twenty years on...it means nothing. Life's hard.0
