Calling all you unfit fatties out there.....

...get yourself a 'Just Dance' game on the Wii or the Kinect. :D

I broke the habit of a lifetime this afternoon and got off the couch. :D

12 year old daughter and I are playing Just Dance on the Kinect and I am absolutely knackered.

I had no idea you could burn so many calories. Sweat is dripping off me (sorry :o) and my heart rate is up.

Definitely recommend it for an exercise routine. (I hate exercise normally. :D)

Gotta go....Donna Summer and 'I feel Love' is calling. :rotfl:

I liked that too, only annoying this is for a workout you have to keep stop starting, would be better iMHO if you could load up a few choices then play them !

If you like that, try Zumba ;) a fantastic workout and great fun !

As I don't have a Wii, it would be cheaper to go for a run or.... just sit back on the sofa ;)

    Play by yourself. :D

I didn't realise how competitive this would be....I'm already thinking of practising by myself when daughter goes back to school, just so I can whip her butt next time.

Is that very bad? :o:rotfl: < Don't care.

House is ........ok. Spent the first 6 months wanting to go home but kinda accepting of it all now.

Will feel better when we can get back into the position of having our own place again wherever that may be, renting just makes me feel very unsettled and insecure tbh. :undecided

@mishka...I have zumba for the xbox too but it's never been out the wrapper.......it's going to be now though. Tomorrow may well be zumba day. :D

All this flinging yourself round the room is a very good fuel saving measure.....don't need the heating on at all. :D

    I feel thin already. :rotfl:
