    are you nuts alias?

Yes. I thought that was well enough known around these parts. ;):D

OH used to do Tae Kwon Do but he got to a stage where he always seemed to injure the same muscle in the same leg so the instructor told him to call it a day. He misses it sometimes.

You're a better woman than I, I could just about manage an aerobics class and that was it.

Even now with your unfortunate situation...you're probably still fitter than me. :o:rotfl:

Mine told me 'just stand behind me Mum and copy me, cos you'll not be able to do this'. :rotfl: I got 5 stars and she got 4! :D (I think it helped that the music was from the 'oldies' section. :D)

Do it. You'd be surprised how much you might like to do on it yourself.

I'm not a gamer and cant be faffed usually, but I'm a convert to the Kinect now. :D

Err....hang on, who you callin' an unfit fattie??? :o

I'll have you know, most of my calories are burned through the medium of my immense brain power. It needs fuel. Preferably in the form of pies.

    Does the cap fit? :rotfl:

I do like your refuelling suggestion. :D

I just use the Wii for Netflix now, we've managed to avoid Sky TV so Netflix is perfect. You have to pay the X-box monthly fee to use it for Netflix, so the wii has come into it's own.

Off topic but how does the netflix with the Wii compare with the Xbox? We have avioded Sky and can't get Virgin. OH signed up for one month free trial with Netflix but has it on the XBOX. I don't think we pay any monthly fee for the Xbox at present??

I don't know the technical ins and outs but we couldn't get Netflix to work on the Xbox. When we tried, it kept asking for a 'gold account' which is apparently a pay per month account.

It can take a while to load on the Wii but it works, so I haven't thought any more about it.

I love dancing games and things like Wii Fit, but M.E means that even the tiniest thing causes extreme exhaustion. I can't even stand up for long etc.

I'm not a "fattie". I'm a size 8, but want to tone up. I long for the day the M.E decides to give me a break so I can dance again!

    alternatively

pick up heavy weights, put them down, pick them up, put them down

    do this a few times

    build muscle

lose fat at the same time

be able to eat more because you have more muscle

    win win
