    Evening all!

Quite a lot done last night, more dejunking of the bedroom, collecting up loads of unworn and unloved jewellery, candle holders and the like to stuff up in the loft for car booting, and when trying to retrieve the breadmaker from the top of the fridge I accidentally dropped it, so now there is a small crack underneath. I feel its no longer worth car booting so I think I will stick it on freecycle tonight (if any mse'r in Bristol wants it please holler up and you can have it on priority!). I think I may well start a new thread on oldstyle before freecycling it actually as id rather it go to someone I 'know' - it appears to still work and the crack isnt too bad so It shouldnt be dangerous!

This morning I ordered a carpet washer from Amazon which should be here early next week, so I booked Wednesday off work so I can give the carpets a good cleaning, which is probably very fortunate since I just knocked over a full glass of squash on the floor. Ive also just degunked the washing machine (jeez that was disgusting!) and told off OH for putting food in the plastic recycling section of the new bin. Goddam men!

Ive also found a way of destroying all my mail that I no longer want but also dont want to shred incase anyone gets hold of it - im going to take it to work! We have confidential mail bins that are securely taken away for destruction. Saves me finding a shredder anyway.

Plans for this evening are to get lounge in presentable fashion for visitor arriving late tonight, do a load of laundry, get rid of some rubbish, and have another flinging session. I think I may also do an online Tesco order and have a go of cleaning the kitchen cupboards.

    Anyway, great work everyone!

    Jo x

I've finally finished my listings - 45 will be going up shortly. It has taken me virtually all day, I just hope it's worth it.

Mostly it's 10 day auctions, added a few buy-it-nows here and there this time so we'll see what happens.

I'll have one more sweep around the house at the weekend to see if there's anything else I want to sell (to beat the new fees), and if so I can list them on Sunday on a 7-day so they all end at the same time.

After this I want to have a break from ebay for a bit! :rotfl:

I did 85 last time and even that wasn't as many as Pigpen!

I'm new to having lots on the go at once, just have to set aside some time each day to reply to questions etc, and then keep the day after they all end free to do lots of packaging and sending!

It hasn't been too bad as a one-off (well, two-off now ;)) but I couldn't do it all the time like some people do.

Car boot is definitely next. I've read the tips on the relevant forum but if anyone here has any extra, I'd love to hear them. Thanks!

I'm listing in dribs and drabs. I have put up a couple of relists and sold them this time round. I only have about 17 items up at the moment so I need to add some more over the next few days. I have only listed about 8 of my cds so far and I had about 100 so I had better get on with it. Wew only have dial up at home though so its a bit slow-until I get broadband sorted. Got to find the best deal first though-so if anyone can give me a clue as to the best broadband deals at the moment they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.
Just opened an internet savings account earlier in the week-hoping it goes through ok, fingers crossed. It will give me somewhere to save so that we can either pay the loan off or make a hole in the mortgage-at least, that's the plan!! Well done everybody so far. Do any of you use buy it now and best offer? i tend to do a few auctionstyle and a few buy it now with the best offer facility. I've sold 5 items on the BIN in ther last 2 days and it spaces out the finishing times.
