You can get them on ebay-sometimes at decent price if you look.

Not actually requested them on Freecycle but I have had some that were offered once. Hmmm...might be time to ask......:p

Hey peeps, blimey this is slow work. I'm up to 36 listings with about another 10 to go. Some quite unusual things in varying condition so I'm having to be very thorough in the descriptions, also researching prices as I go along.

Hope you get your boot sorted out Spendless. There is a point where the fuel used to get to the recycling centre outweighs any benefit of recycling the items - though that depends on how much stuff you have and how far you're going of course! It is such a pain when we want to do the right thing but everything seems to conspire against us!

Pigpen... sorry to hear you've got a poorly little 'un. Did you get your listings up OK or are you doing that later?

Mary43, I'd still try Freecycle if it was me, even for the "rock hard" paints!

Hi Kaleoma, nice to have you here! Thought it sounds like your OH could do with some help getting into the declutter mindset! ;)

Miro - feel free to moan away! No shows are a pain in the proverbial. Yes, I would contact that buyer - just say it's a courtesy message to enquire whether they received everything safely in good condition and to contact you if there are any problems (don't mention feedback!)

I had a postal order from a buyer today with no message attached, no return address, no item number, no name or anything! I've worked it out from the amount as I have only a few left who haven't paid, but if I was selling lots of things at the same price, I'd be stumped!

Right, on with the listings... sigh...

If I offer the paint (some are ok) and left over wallpaper as a job lot then they might get taken. Might give it a try

Not long after my last post, DH's uncle turned up. He does odd jobs for us, a couple of times a month but hasn't been since before Christmas. Not long after a friend turned up on a downer and I ended up going out with her for lunch, but returned to a de-cluttered garden, either stuff thrown away or put neatly to one side to be disposed of, so an area of the house has been de-cluttered today :T even if it wasn't me who actually did it. :o
