“No we are not an ebay seller –“

Oh yes you are, and you are breaking eBay rules by advertising items for sale outside of eBay.

Oh dear, things just keep on getting worse don't they! Lies always catch you up in the end, Mr Owen must think he's exempt from that, unfortunately he's not and has been proven to be a liar, what a very foolish man. I wonder what else he's lied about.

Not been any updates for a while have there?
My card is still cut off and being investigated.
I love how they don't even add even a small notice on their site, god FORBID they might lose some extra custom from informing other customers who were outside of the "target date customers" that got letters.

I used to feel bad for neo but I think i've realised they're not the most trustworthy bunch.

burn-media.co.uk for me from now on I guess.

I looked into this, and well, they were allegedly rather interesting compilations weren't they.

But they xecuted those dinosaurs and now they are extinct!

Who could we speak to about forming an alliance to sue this company? This is getting quite gruesome and soap opera-ish.

Lets get some sort of action going because as said before I felt sorry for them but this company is starting to feel like a cowboy posse in a wild west flick.
Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"

  • I had the pro-forma shopneo letter...checked my card and no dodgy transactions...woooohooo...

then about three days ago...the !!!! hit the fan....phone call from my card....'we have noticed some weird transactions...would you confirm?'

All proved fraudulent...so my card was cancelled on the spot to prevent further misuse.

The !!!! it has caused me is imeasuable!

All pending legitimate transactions were cancelled by default, so as and when they came in they were rejected....so I had to re-book my holiday...contact all my direct debits to ask for new mandates...I had to spend at least two hours on the phone sorting this....along with another two hours over two days to my card company...not to mention the police report...and the emails to neo....all ignored!

bit of a bummer if you ask me...

and then of course we have all my details doing the rounds in criminalville...

and who pays in the end...the !!!!! use my card to play online gambling.....the gambling company make a profit....so does the !!!! using my card...shopneo have made a profit....I am out of pocket till my bank reinburse me....who loose the money...and make it back by charging us more in charges!....ie WE LOOSE!

    Fraudsters....bang 'em up I say.

Tryed emailing shopneo again for a update and got this back.

    This is a follow-up email.

This is a Standard Form response.

As previously stated, at the moment we are unable to go into any specifics with regards the Security Issue.

We are sorry for any inconvenience that this Issue may have caused our clients and despite reports to the contrary, the Issue affected under 2% of our clients. We know this is no comfort to clients who where affected, but it does go someway to show that our measures restricted the scope of Security Breach.

Despite us informing clients of this issue and recommending that you ask your Card Issuer for a new card (even if you have not been affected), some clients have not taken this precautionary measure. We would like to re-iterate this point and recommend contacting your Card Issuer, even if you have not been affected.

We will contact you as soon as we are able to provide more details.

Clients who feel the need to keep emailing us, will just keep getting repeated automated responses, so we ask you to be patient and await for updates as and when we are able to provide them.

    Kind regards

    Dr Peter Jackson
