    Flogging (not-so-blank?) discs at bowlers?

I suppose it classes as being in business.

lol that is quite a statement to make, are you sure?

I didn't make any statement - I asked a question (notice the question marks).

Ok well its a silly question to ask , I knew a lot of the people
who traded these ''not so blank discs'' at bowlers and I am pretty sure
none of the staff or anyone involved with paul owen did anything
    of that nature.

I am wrong please feel free to correct me.

  • And what was a page full of game copying software links here:

Gets worse, who knows where our details may be now.
  • I think all ppl want is some answers...which don’t seem to be forthcoming.

If the said parties have indeed been advised not to comment, why can't they just say so, instead of leaving ppl hanging with so many unanswered questions?

Mr. Owen himself always seemed to have conducted business in a proper manner, and, has aspired to build up a good name for Shopneo.

Card fraud is big business, and there are a multitude of protections for the consumer if all does goes wrong. Everyone who paid by credit card should be reimbursed...so aside from the hassle of claiming the lost funds back, there is no real damage. Even the reputation to Shopneo can be built back up.

People just want spoken to about it. Keeping stump is doing Shopneo no favours, and is just raising more questions about really happened.

Not saying this is the case, but even if it was a dodgy employee to blame...people would understand. They would be miffed, but they would understand.

I have no information why DF is down other than the fact that there is a lot of work going on with the forum and has over the last few months regarding the skin and stream lineing the main page down time does happen and in the past for over a week, so DF being down isn't really any indication of a problem. if it dissapeared then I would have concern.

The comment about if they have been told to say nothing make a post indicateing that would be going against the advice received.

The question about not so blank disks is wild and totally un justified I know neo has been involved in console parts and mods for years ever since the the original playstation. So don't go on sugesting anything other than that.

I’m sorry wrixle101 I have to disagree with you, I have no doubt that many people will already have incurred extra costs in bank charges and interest payment that they will not be able to recover.

My biggest concern is identity theft, as my person details have now been broadcast across the world and are now in the databases of criminals, I am now a perfect candidate.

Only time will tell how many loans, subscriptions, memberships etc. may have been applied for in my name, this may have already had a negative affected my credit rating.

I am not pleased to say the least especially since it is a distinct possibility that shopneo may have know for some time that they had a security problem but carried on trading regardless.
  • Identity theft is my big concern too. With no official feedback at all we are left in the dark and can only assume the worst to suggest otherwise is not being realistic. If Mr. Owen does live in the US as stated earlier then maybe he will leave himself open to be sued in the US courts for any costs incurred where compensation could run into $$$$$'s??

The saying ‘lying through your teeth’ springs to mind!

“No we are not an ebay seller –“

Oh yes you are, and you are breaking eBay rules by advertising items for sale outside of eBay.
