Hi there i am 30 years old weighing 32 stones suffer incontence cant stand more than 2 mins or s!ť more than 20 mins and i attended dr !!!!! atos health centre in november dr !!!! said to me you cant work concerntrate on your gastric band surgery who i am waiting from the past 4 yrs well dr !!!! gave me 6 points and said your fit to work i get high rate mobility and middle care for tiolet needs and motivating my sister is my carer i cant clean my myself after going to the tiolet my sister helps but i dont understand how can i fail i mean shall i look for work tell them employ mě my sister has to come we comes as a package i have appealed through cab in january will my čase be reconsidered or go to tribunal i live in london how long are. The tribunal waiting time my area and also it been six weeks since i have,nt anything so please give mě advice also i was ib transfer to esa i was on ib for 5 years instead of the goverment saving money stop giving asylum to people i also suffer from severe deppression and my health has deterioted i get panic attacks and i have now been referred to mental health team and endriconology i look farward to your advice .

All I can suggest is appeal you'll just have to wait like everyone else who is refused ESA when they fail the medical I had to and it took 15 months from appeal date to tribunal.

Put all your effort into losing weight. Ask your doctor for Xenical for a boost. (Yes, I know about the side effects, but your sister is there to help)

They'll do an automatic reconsideration first and that may take a couple of months... so that is probably still ongoing. After that, if they don't change decision, they'll refer paperwork on to tribunals service. Appeal could take many more months or even a year to be heard. Supporting medical evidence could be helpful... presumably the CAB have advised regarding such.

I hope your dr has ruled out things like severely under active thyroid and cushings syndrome as possible causes of your weight gain. Also some pct will pay for weight loss schemes and have you been referred to a dietician as well

I am on xenical i have severe family issue and due do that i have severe deppression and i take xenical i only lose like 1lb a week wen i am deppressed i put it all back on i could suffer from low thyroid thats why been reffered to endriconology i really hope they reconsider my case i really cant face tribunal!!

Tribunals are not as bad as they seem, they are much more professional than the assessments are.

I am 75 years old , weigh 10 stone 11 lb, can run up the high street still go out on my mountain bike. Recently took my 17 year old Granddaughter to the London Museums and walked the legs off her . Enjoy my nosh and a drink . Adhere to no diet except zero junk food.
I put it down to being a youngster during WWII when food was scarce and you had no opportunity to gorge yourself and dodging the nasties Hitler was lobbing over the channel led to a lean metabolism.
Perhaps we were the fortunate ones after all.
