I've kept busy today, shopping, cooking and cleaning, sewing, crocheting and knitting!!

Superman has melted my heart tonight, I adore him and am so very very grateful he found his voice. I have spent the day making him a costume of dress upday tomorrow. He declared me the best mummy any boy could every want and told me I was totally awesome :A:A *sniff sniff** The told me off for the yucky smell in the house ( i had lamb stew in the slow cooker :o) and declared it disgusting!! :rotfl:

Master Hinge now has a very trendy crochet woolie hat in yarn that I hand dyed myself :D he looks a right cheeky tyke! and I continue to wade through my list of work in progress knits that need finishing by xmas.

Shopping was good, spend £82 in Mr Asda mainly on YS meat and veggies :money:

    2 large chickens £2.08 each
3 packs of 4 chicken breasts £2.24 each
    2 800gm steak mince £2.75 each
    500gm diced lamb £2.98
    24 posh chipolator sausages £2.01
    2 rump steaks £2.96 each
    450gm diced beef £1.75

2 packed chopped casserole veg £0.42 each
    large cauliflower £0.38p
    mushroom sirfry pack £0.71
    400gm strawberries £0.95
    pine apple £0.41

large tear and share GB £1.01

The freezer is full once more and we have enough meat bases for a good 2-3 weeks :T

My brain is working over time today and I can't switch off, I've finally got superman asleep on the sofa next to me, once I've carried him up to bed I will come back and enjoy some peace and quiet alone time knitting :D I will get this blinking adult size cardi finished for it's intended owner :rotfl:

A morning started with a bacon and egg cob and a lovely cuppa tea made by Mr H's own fair hands :D always tastier when someone else made it!!

A friend visited this morning, I have spent the morning trying to teach her how to knit  we had a giggle but she left none-the-wiser in the knitting stakes :rotfl::rotfl:

The little Hinges head off to school dressed up for CIN as Heroes.... Miss H went as herself, My hero!! :D

just grabbing a quick cuppa between house work, cooking, ironing....... a friend has dropped it on me that she's coming for tea tonight  best get a wriggle on straightening up house of Hinge head quaters :rotfl:

I've halved the ironing pile by sorting out teh clothes the little Hinges have out grown, sorted out what is hand-me-downs, cash for clothing and rags. all posh buttons have been liberated to my sewing box

Dinner tonight will be chicken curry in 2 flavours (fussy sods don't all like the same flavour ) rice and hm Naan breads. We have a posh ice cream for Pudding on sale at £1 in Mr Asda yesterday :j

knitting is coming alone, a few rows inbetween chores, on Row 30 of 125 :o plain stocking stitch for the back of a ladies cardi...... boring but easy knitting for when superman is rambling in my ear and missy Hinge and Master Hinge are [STRIKE]scrapping/atempting to kill each other/driving me insane[/STRIKE] disagreeing!

Best get back to the kitchen.... Mr H has just picked up the iron :j:j good times....... i knew if I left it long enoigh he would get fed up and do it :rotfl:
