So in effect they are like a crook who has said he's going straight but will be keeping everything he's stolen up to now?

    Not untypical.

    My thoughts exactly, except:
    1. UKPC are as likely as any other PPC to start acting honestly and morally, i.e. not at all.
    2. When a crook says that, the police often take the alternative view that the stolen goods (if recoverable) are returned to their rightful owner. Unfortunately in too many cases, the only recourse is to sue the crook in court and hope he has the assets to recover your losses from.

There we go some media interest :)

Well I emailed BPA last night and got a complete bulls*ite response from them, in their infinate wisdom the numpties have thought I was complaining about a ticket issued to me....oh for the love of god. May be me sending them a copy of this might make them sit up and take notice that one of their members is / has been ACTING ILLEGALLY.

DVLA letter sent for misuse of RKP details as well now :T nm, lets see what bullthey come back with.

Ypu could hope, the BPA dont give a flying stuff, nor do the parking firm, they will have pocketed all the others dished out incorrectly.
A major fraud investigation is required by the trading standards.

I wonder if this is what happened? - The council writes to the PPC informing them that the roads have been adopted. True to form nobody reads the letter, but instead a reply is automatically generated telling the council that their "appeal has been rejected".
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
