I too had a battle with this company trying to enforce a ticket in Merry Hill where I was parked in an unmarked disabled bay. I refused to pay and appealed on these grounds which they refused. I spoke to lovely gentleman from debt line who advised me to go to trading standards with photographic evidence. Victory at last! I advise people to keep reporting this firm as they are thieving mugs! :T

Methinks that this would make a great story for the local paper. "Private parking company issues parking tickets on land that belongs to the council". Anything that could make these scam merchants look even more idiotic then they are already.

Well how about complaining to the bpa (lol) , and the dvla about this company obtaining RK details without good cause, and in fact the invoices would be illegal demands for payment.

Once ive got the paperwork from my mate I might have to have words with the editor of the Wakefield Express, armed with facts is better than going in blind.

Hopefully put the point out that as from xx date the council had adopted the road and that any ticket issued was issued illegally and that any one who has paid these scum bags should seek redress through the courts, bout time they were made to pay.

I think once you have the paper work you should be calling the police and trading standards, cancelling is not good enough, what has happened is criminal and they should be charged in a criminal court.
Please keep us up to date asap, so I can write a letter to the trading standards and hopefully a few other volunteers will join in as well ?
The only act on multiple complaints.

I'm pretty sure they have been reported to the police vax by the hospital as they were nearly always hospital workers parked there which is why my mate got one, but yeah gotta try and see something done about this.....bang out of order, i'm tempted to do some flyers and put them under windscreens down there to let folks know just what scum these are and to sue the a*se off them if they have had a ticket.
