Well had a natter with my mate again just now and he has consented to being interviewed by the media :beer: he's also going to ask around to see if more will come forward, he knows of two that are still getting harassed by DR+ and one that has paid.

Seconding what muckybutt said about NevMetson - an absolute legend and a thorn in the side of the DVLA on this issue. There are plenty of recent FOI requests - mostly penned by Nev - to the DVLA which are easily findable with a quick Google search.

Nev do you have a contact name at the DVLA who people should complain to each time, I think you posted an email addy before on an old thread?

Another confirmed victim has been found and is willing to help as much as she can, she has three outstanding scamvoices from them from December onwards.
More than willing to make an official complaint to the police etc and will do an interview for the press and WATCHDOG who have shown an interest in this case

what wold the likely outcome be of any action taken agains this company?
would they have a word with the old boys club so all they get is a slap on the wrist, and an apology as it was a genuine mistake followed by a denial of all responsability.

Just wanted to add my support as I only live about 10 miles from Wakefield. It would be great to see one of these robbing cowboys getting it stuffed up em, especially on my home turf. :T

Keep an eye out for this weeks Wakefield Express, they are hoping to get an article in there about this, this week which will hopefully set the ball rolling.
