A question for TMO really. I didnt recieve my April Orange bill, I called them after the DD had been taken and they sent me a caopy (As they said they had already sent one). Now, this one says "Duplicate Copy". Is it still valid for my cashback? If I read the contract to the letter, it states "original" bills. This is not a duplicate to me, it is original to me. Is it still valid?
Cheers!0 -
Hi everyone,
I am a new members of this forums, i have got a T-mobile contract with TMO, today i've recieved my 4th bill from T-Mobile. Now i can claim my 1st cash back with them. But i cant find the address the sent all my stuff, i already read the T&C in the website but they did not mention it, and also havent got the address on the dispatch note..
Can anyone tell me the Address the send the bill for claiming my cash back, please?

Strange, I received an e-mail yesterday,
Dear Customer,
We can confirm that the cash back application you recently submitted has been successful. Your details have been forwarded to our accounts department who will issue payment. Payment will be made by cheque or BACS within 28 days from the receipt date of your claim.
The 28 days had already passed when this e-mail was sent:mad: , so I have already sent off my 'letter before action'.
The site could be down for various reasons, but it is another worry from a company that is in the communication business, that doesn't know how to communicate.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Hi, I bought a mobile through the mobile outlet on the 27th of March 2007. No t&c's arrived with it so I printed off a copy. However I cant find the copy I had, which could be a bit of a disaster.
Could anyone who bought a phone from them on or around that date please send me a digital copy or scan of the t&c's, please.
I will print a copy off their website today, anyone know if there have been any subtle changes?.
Thanks in advance for any advice (other than keep in safe place, which I thought I had!) or help.
Thanks very much Michael0 -
Can someone please advise / comment on my situation :-
I ordered 2 phones from TMO.
When the time came to make the first claim I checked the Terms that I recieved with my phone (the other was for my wife) and applied these Terms to both claims. A while later I got 2 letters from TMO rejecting both claims because I hadn't included the dispatch note.
At this point I checked both sets of Terms and they are different. One set does say to include the dispatch note, the other set (the ones I checked when making both claims) do not say to include the dispatch note.
I have written to TMO giving them a reasonable time to reply before I take action via the Small Claims Court. They have not replied and I'm going to start a claim online.
The questions I have are :-
Do I make a single claim for both cashback claims ?
How much do I put down for the claim, the actual amount on the first 4 bills, or the total for the 12 months divided by 5. Plus of course the court costs etc.
Infact, could I claim for the full 12 months cashback amount ?
I admit I didn't check both sets of Terms, however, I feel it reasonable to expect that both sets of Terms would have been the same. Is the court likely to take this view also ?
I suspect that this is not going to be resolved before its time to make the second claim, I assume I make the second claim as normal.
I feel this situation is different from the 'normal' bills not sent in within the right timescales etc.
I was clearly sent 2 different sets of Terms0 -

I would make two seperate claims, If you win, they have to pay your court fees anyway. You can claim the entire cashback if they have incorrectly rejected your claim, so you are in a better position as you don't have to bother with subsequent claims.
I would also submit your claims as normal in the meantime.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

Has anyone actually successfully done this ? (ie claim the entire cashback)
How would I word the small claims court action for this ?0
